This location has absolutely horrible customer service. Employees are not friendly and have no knowledge of promotions their own store is running. I had to go back three times before they finally fixed their mistake (overcharging me two separate times). The manager, "Tim," was apathetic and never even acknowledged my frustrations, let alone apologized. I live nearby, but will literally go out of my way to avoid this location in the future. I suggest you do the same.

As a bibliophile, I love book stores in general. This store is no exception. The staff is attentive and helpful. They have a great selection of books for both adults and children. Plus, this store has an expansive teen reader selection -- something Ive never seen before. The only downsides to this location is the lack of coffee (which isnt a huge deal for me) and the parking, which can get a little tight.

They had people following me around my child is two years old and I had to chase her around which was hard enough but to know that there was employees discriminating against me I felt because Im younger or whatever the case may be I felt like I was being looked at like I shoplifted and I dont shoplift

I was dismayed to find so many best-seller airport type books until I found Audra. This employee really knows how to introduce new books to people and find challenging stories. She is a wealth of reading information and made my day fun.

It is nice to have a bookstore close. But I think it may be the last time. The corporate return policy is terrible. Cant figure out why they cant return money to a credit card without it being present.
