Im extremely disappointed with my recent transaction. I ordered a used book for one of my classes and when it was delivered the book was in horrific condition. I called customer service Monday 5/16/15 and spoke with one of your reps who was helpful, however I made it very clear I needed the book before Monday 5/23/16 because of my classes starting. He stated I would get the book within 1-2 business days. On Friday 5/22 I called again for an update on the order. The second rep said the book was scheduled to be delivered 5/23/16. Again, I explained to her I needed the book by Sunday evening and she stated understanding and would put a note in the system for it to be delivered earlier. I checked my order on UPS and its 8:50 here and still no book. I made sure to order this book early in advance so I could complete my readings for school without any issues. This has been a huge inconvenience without anything done on your part to fix this issue.

Pros: This is a great store with a very good selection of books in almost every section. Music department above average. Kids section is great. Wifi coverage pretty good. Cons: Just moved closing time from 11pm to 10pm. Place was not empty at 10:45pm so decision is incomprehensible. They REMOVED all power outlets from the cafe area so if you have a computer and want to hang out, I guess they dont want you -- even with my WiFi comment above this is a major thumbs down. The kids section: although it has a great selection of books, it needs a couple more places for kids to sit down and read or play. As the years go by, this is one B&N that seems intent on slowly removing all the things that make people comfortable to sit and browse.

I generally do not complain on sites like this, but I was pretty irate with how the lady in the childrens section treated me. Where is the kindness and courtesy your suppose to have when you are working directly with customers, definitely not with that lady. Unhelpful, did not listen to me had to restate what I was saying a few times and she was all matter-of-fact RUDE. I told her that I found a price on the specific series website for cheaper and she told me that I better snatch it up then, as if she was done helping and listening to me,thank you for your help.

Worst place to get your coffee if you have a Starbucks gift card you cant even use it there and its starbucks like are you saying that I cant use it on the coffee placer that is supposed to be for only Starbucks and I cant use the damn card? A really bad place to and its $2 more then the real place you go to get your Starbucks coffee and you can use the card there but not at this place Im writing about......... Really disappointed at this store.

Good place to grab a cup of Starbucks coffee and chat with friends while the kids can go read books and then pick out their favorite to buy and take home. It will be a bit noisy if you plan to have you kids read or do homework near the cafe area. Of course you can go to other nooks and cranny area which are quieter. If you are in need of a bite, you can get something to eat like scones, turkey sandwiches, cookies and etc from the cafe.

The store itself is great, but the folks at the NOOK counter have been terrible every time I have been there. Unhelpful, rude, short, and just plain unfriendly. I had this experience when I was buying a nook from them, when I was buying accessories for it later, and when I brought it in because we had issues with it. Definitely consider buying a Nook from another B&N to save yourself from the customer service there.

This Barnes & Noble is huge, the Starbucks inside also is very big and has a lot of sitting areas. This is the perfect place to sit down and read a book, work from your laptop, study/do homework, come for a casual date with a friend, etc. The staff is so nice and helpful. They also have a big selection of books for the entire family. Love this place!

Terrible customer service. The cashier Doug would not accept my coupon, even though I had just printed it off that morning. He swore that it had already been used, and despite my insistence that i hadnt never used this coupon, he refused to help me out. Dont shop here if you value a good customer experience.

One of the better Barnes & Noble I have been in. This location has a nice cafe right in the center of all the books. Its a great place to browse for hours, kick back to read or socialize, or grab a cup of coffee.

I love this place. Theres so many books. I often stay here for hours. I look through several books and usually buy one. They also have a cafe with lots of treats. The brownies are the best!

Its nice to have a place with a wider recollection is Barnes and Noble. Its a good thing they havent taken this one down yet its a great place to get a book
