I attempted to return books that had clearly not been read or removed from the bag but had been purchased previous to the 14 day return policy. I was denied even store credit. I have never been informed of the 14 day return policy. More customers should be aware of this rule. I will no longer be a patron of Barnes & Noble.

Worst place ever, order soup, sandwich and cup of coffee. I got leftover soup and the server knew there wasnt enough soup so she decided to put my order in To go cup and maybe shes was hoping I wouldnt notice it since it has a lid. Never again will I come here and spend my money.

This is now the closest Barnes and Noble to my house since the Apple Valley location closed. The staff are very helpful, and there are lots of great sitting areas. They also have a great coffee place with lots of treats.

we visit a lot of different Barnes & Noble, most specifically for the cafe and this locations cafe is outstanding! they make really good lattes that are perfect and have amazing staff who are on top of their game!

While waiting in a long line to check out only 2 clerks were working. However, 3 more clerks stood behind the counter and visited with each other. Not the first time I have seen this happen.

Dont buy a Nook and continue with a B & N membership. You get membership deals on regular books, but not e-books. Something to think about when youre deciding between Nook and Kindle.
