Went there to sell a pair of ski boots last 3/13/2016 and unfortunately had to deal with a couple bad and unrespectful sales reps. While writing my check and write it wrong since they forgot to write my first last name (I have two) I let them know politely if they could rewrite it since my bank gives me a really hard time with that and usually makes me go back and have it redone. That apparently was a reason for them to complaint about it, and laugh at that fact including how I was named. Was that really necessary? I cant believe I picked them to do some business and they treated me with such lack of respect and I was subject to mocking from the two sales reps in the store that Sunday morning. It took the guy less than 5 minutes to rewrite. Was that a reason to put up such show? To me it wasnt and I for sure wont be making business with them again, and my relatives/friends will be aware as well.

Had a great experience at Play it again Sports West St.Paul. I am left handed and have a few disabilities associated with age. But I want to try and get back out there and golf or at least attempt. That said and I let them know ,They put a bag and clubs together for me under $100 . Of course used but in great shape. Even threw in a 1/2 dozen balls. Nice service and not selling me what I dont need. I am now back for a grandsons clubs. Again great service. I live in Cannon Falls and can go in many directions to buy but will continue to shop here with the great level of service.

Terrible customer service! I was looking for a new hockey helmet for my son. Two employees at the front door watched me enter, and a third walked past, making my kids get out of his way (because walking around children is too much to ask?) Nobody offered to help me find what I was looking for. I spent my money elsewhere.

Always have been taken care of well at this store by the staff and management. Especially with ordering a pair of skates they did not stock. Good input on all sports. So far I have utilized them for Soccer, Softball, and Hockey related items.

Went in to sharpen skates and looked around. Prices are great and the staff was very friendly! $5 to sharpen skates! They have loads of childs skates! No need to buy them something new theyll grow out of in a season!

I like Play It Again - This location is usually stocked heavily with hockey gear. I found the baseball equipment I needed for my 12 year old and they pay a fair price for used items (when in season)
