This store is wonderful. My friend and I were greeted when we walked in the door, the people are very polite and we got great recommendations for beauty products. My friend and I went to this store specifically for bright, vibrant hair dye, without a clue how to use it. A cashier there by the name of Kate directed us to the dye, recommended certain brands for dye and bleach, showed us how to use both, and gave us a good leave-in conditioner. She also encouraged us to create a Sallys card which is cheap and comes with lots of benefits! Its rare to see such wonderful, friendly customer service and it is highly appreciated. This is a decent Sallys, they usually have what I am looking for along with more options and better prices on products. The only reason I didnt give them five stars was because I bought some Satin Strand extensions (that are not cheap) from this location and they were defective. I bought the Malibu color (which did not match my hair color like the associate said) and at the end of the extension pack there were very noticeable black strands in the platinum blonde extensions. I couldnt return them because I didnt notice the defect until much later.

This sorry excuse for a beauty supply store will never get another penny of my hard earned money. The women that worked there were so rude! I came in and was waiting to ask a question while the girl behind the counter was texting on her cell phone. When I said excuse me she rolled her eyes and helped me. Im sorry for interrupting. Clearly you are getting paid to text. While Sallys has a great selection of hair care, customer service is EVERYTHING and they have lost a valued customer behind a bad attitude.

This place is a disaster. Every time I come here its something new. Right now Im standing outside the front door, which is locked and plastered with "cash only" and some woman working keeps holding her finger up to me indicating "1 minute" or something? While she writes in a notebook at the counter. Ill drive 15 minutes to avoid this location typically. The people are always rude and there is always 1 issue or another.

I went in the other day the women that I have met there were wonderful and helpful. The one thing for me is that it is located in a not so wonderful neighborhood. Some of the other comstomers that came in were rude but not the employees.
