Not happy!!! Go in and see a sale sign for the Biotera shampoo and conditioner to buy 2 for $16 and go to cash out and told that my total is much more. I ask why and she says that the sale doesnt start until tomorrow but they put the signs up the day before so they dont have to rush the day of!!!! So, I wasted my time reading labels on the products on sale to make selection only to go to cash out and be denied the sale price!!! Contemplating even returning tomorrow for the sale. I spend roughly $800 to $1000 a year here.. she didnt seem to mind losing that business!!.. (florence, KY location)

I get the supplies to dye my own hair here. I like selection and affordability and most of the women who work here are fairly knowledgeable if you have questions. They also have a decent stock of hair extensions and some good nail supplies. Their discount program helps you save a little more, too.

The associates are always willing to help find anything youre looking for. Sallys is more expensive than walmart or target for the same item but I guess its because you can run in and out to get beauty products.
