The store manager (Desiree) was very rude. They know little to no information about hair which doesnt make sense considering it is a hair store. They suggested products that wasnt even what I told them I wanted. They had customers behind the cashier area and the workers were in a back room away from the entrance/main area. They scream from the back of the store the multiple times I have been there to talk to their customers. Seemed like they are lazy and will only get up if the guest actually needed them so they could talk to about something, otherwise they will say "its in the second isle to your right" and continue sitting away from the guests. Not pleased at all with the service I got.

Ive gone to Sallys for years! Normally the service is awesome! Last night I went looking for a recommendation for my flyaway hair, and I noted that I dont buy products tested on animals. One of the ladys working (not the one I was speaking with) piped up from the next isle, "We dont carry any products tested on animals." That is just an outright lie! I am a very mindful consumer and very passionate about products that are cruelty free & earth & human friendly! I do not like being lied to for a sale. How dumb do they think we are? Take the time to look up companies people! It is worth it. I will take my business to companies that respect my principals.

"Cosmetologist" working just slapped a few products in my hand when i asked for helped and ran into the back room all within less than 2 minutes. I was dying my hair silver and i was looking for a demi-perminant grey/silver. SHE HANDED AND SOLD ME A SINGLE DYE AND WASH PRODUCT. She sold me the wrong developer as well. She recommended and gave me 10 when i needed 20. Had absolutely no clue what they were doing over there so avoid the apple valley location and go to burnsville. There are actual comatologists who work there.
