I never post reviews for anything because Im not into social media and all that but I just have to share my experience from this week! I am a makeup lover who is getting married in October. I was at moa looking for a really nice gift for my 4 bridesmaids and 1 maid of honor. I went to Sephora looking for a nice makeup set and didnt see anything, so I decided to keep on looking. I was shocked to see that there was a Sigma beauty! I decided to get them brush sets. I saw these really nice ones that were $400. I wanted to just get the sets because they will last them for a long time. A very strange girl "helped" me. She was extremely rude. As if Saying strange personal things wasnt strange enough she Basically insinuated that I shouldnt waste the money on the sets because its more for "professional artists" and told me other stores to buy gifts. Ive worked retail as a teenager so I was very appalled . Dont want my money? Fine. Ill take the $2000 sale elsewhere. Although Im not gonna take One idiot out on the company, and Ill probably buy them online. I asked to speak with her manager and she claimed she was out (probably a lie) but the girls name was cat. Dont go to her. Shop online!!!

Getting my prom makeup done here was a total nightmare! Where to begin: It was suppose to be a full face application, but the only thing done for 2.5 HOURS were the eyes, which were done so poorly you could see the horrific blending in the eyeshadow and messy eyeliner...even I can do better! Service and workers in one word were unfriendly. Appointment was longer than expected that I had already missed my prom hair appointment, even when I was promised to have it done in 45 minutes! I even had to call the hair salon to give me 10 more minutes to arrive! Ended up removing all that eye makeup when I got home and luckily got it redone by Sephora. Overall very frustrating experience and would not come back/recommend.

The lighting in this store is very dim and unflattering. I went there on Monday. The employee working there was nice, but her makeup wasnt applied very well and she looked a bit disheveled. I want makeup advice from employees who really know their stuff.
