I will never be shopping here again. My mom had purchased shears, and asked the employee if these didnt work if she could return them. The employee said yes. They didnt work out for my mom, so she went in to return them. The lady working said shears are not returnable and we explained to her that the employee who was working that day who they had asked said yes of course they are returnable, just bring your receipt. The lady would not accept the return after explaining what HER EMPLOYEE told us. She was rude and inconsiderate. We asked if we could talk to a manager and she replied in a snarky tone "I am the manager" we then said then I need to speak to someone above you. She replied with "well you can call customer service, but theyre closed on Sundays." You bet Im calling customer service. You couldnt return a 6 dollar item back after your employee had told us with confidence that we could...six dollars is a lot to my mom who is battling breast cancer while not being able to work while sick. Your service here is a disappointment, and Ill stick to shopping at the Burnsville Sallys.

I came here looking for jojoba oil and a boar bristle brush for my beard. I was able to find the brush pretty easily and the oil I was able to find with the help of the staff who came and asked if I needed help shortly after I walked through the door. All in all I was out the door with what I came for within 7 minutes of waking in. Left happy.
