I agree w/everyone else especially if ur caucasion...I used to in there every 4 mos or so 2 buy a wig...that dept is deplorable...the gals whom work in that dept r rude, have 0 knowledge about wigs & since most of those girls are black...they cater to their own kind & completely ignore the white woman...regardless if u had been standing there patiently waiting 4 service. Poorly run by mgmt & a disgrace that they ARE prejudice...clearly a role reversal when they cry that caucasions are the prejudice ones! An incident the last time I was there after picking a wig out...the gal "supposedly" helping me dissappeared 4 over 1/2 hr...finally found her giggling w/a co-worker...I asked her where my wig was? Response "Oh yea, well we dont have that one!" (as she rolled her eyes) guess I was bothering her!!! REALLY? YOU HAVE TO BE FRIGGIN KIDDING ME!! tried to find mgmt to let them know they had a serious customer service problem....& this is coming from an ex-beauty supply owner...WOW! Shame on you!!!

Terrible customer service and extremely rude. Also, They told me that they did not have what I was asking for (a specific extension line) and that I only had one option that was no where near the color or length I needed (and extremely pricy$$)- I decided to look around myself and found an ENTIRE WALL of the brand I was looking for and it was on SALE! I would have left right away if I believed the rude employee who pretty much dismissed me from the second I walked in. Then, no one even acknowledged my needing to get the hair from behind the counter for 1/2 hour- so I just left.

Very poor customer service here. I was skipped in line so the cashier could wait on two of her other Caribbean friends, which seems to be common practice. Another worker had even brought an item from the back area and placed it next to the register so I was clearly next in line. I was not greeted the same way as "the other" customers in the store and there was no prime manager active and fully engaged at the front counter like at other locations. I will definitely NOT come back to this location again.

My name is Wendy. Ron is my husband. Today we came here for the first time. It was fantastic. People were incredibly helpful, pleasant, and accommodating. They assisted me in finding what I needed. I was elated. The manager was super polite and very helpful. I was given immediate attention. Overall I would recommend this store 100%. Ps.....i was surprised when I read some of their reviews. They were very negative and did not represent the store, the manager, or the employees.

Worst customer service ever. I was waiting for assistance in the wig section. As soon as I went back there the lady said she would help me. She walked away with her friends and kept conversing with them instead. The employees rather talk to their friends than help you. I wont be coming back here. Waste of time.

We had a wonderful experience, the manager karim helped us find the best tape in extensions. I got tape in extensions elsewhere and they fell out instantly. Karim directed me to the extensions and tape that would work for my hair. He is very nice and knowledgeable about his store. Im so glad I found this place

Best store that I have been to. Very big and with lots of variety and lots of staff that helped me. I came in looking for OKAY PURE NATURALS products and thy had such a large variety of the entire brand. I was able to find what I was looking for and with great service. I love this store.

If i was the manager I would completely hire new employees. Why would you go into a store when they have no desire to help you? Why work? They just sit on their butts and earn free money. Hire people who want to work. Not the lazy one. Very bad customer service. Fire them.

The store is AMAZING ! The store has the BEST customer service ever !! They get EVERY problem solved , QUICK FAST AND IN A HURRY . Karim is ALWAYS very helpful . I come into the store at least 3 times a day and no matter what I ask for , I ALWAYS get the help I need !!

I went to the store to find extensions for my wedding. My hair stylist asked that I get extensions for the updo Im wearing. The manager and staff were great. They helped me find the perfect match and didnt stop until I was satisfied!!

The manager is very nice but a women that work there told me "I could wait" when I asked nicely if she could assist me. A friendlier and attentive staff is much needed will not be getting hair here anymore because of this.

If there was another beauty supply with a decent variety of supplies Id definitely go there. Every time I come to this location the customer service is nonexistent. The employees act as if youre not even there.
