Weve had numerous problems with this pharmacy and I could give a whole list of absurd things that have occurred in the three years weve filled our prescriptions here. The most serious and dangerous occurred recently. My husband was given a medication with a black box warning the FDAs highest warning. It means that the drug has been shown to have serious side effects but it has not been taken off the market yet. In his case it was an asthma medication that has been shown to increase the incidences of asthma attacks leading to death. When my husband picked up the medication, it was just shoved at him. He said the pharmacist acted annoyed that he had to deal with customers. I was stunned. Im a nurse and knew that the medication should have never been handed over without counseling. Doctors are too busy to mention everything and sometimes they simply dont. The pharmacist should have made sure he knew the risk before ever giving over the medication. My husband did receive a warning in the mail from Walgreens regarding the medication a week and half after taking it! We hadnt switched pharmacys previously because Walgreens were open longer than other pharmacies in town. However, Ive moved all of our prescriptions to another pharmacy. Id rather have to wait for a pharmacy to open than having to worry about incompetent people filling our prescriptions.

Just thirsty for your business. I called early in the day and confirmed with two different employees that I could shrink down a photo and print it there if I just bring a flash drive with the photo on it. After borrowing a friends bike that was absurdly too large for me anyways and biking out there for 20 minutes, I get to the counter. I describe what I need to the workers there and they tell me that they indeed cannot shrink down photos. They dont go down as low as 3x4 cm which I had confirmed that they did over the phone earlier that day with two different people. Even if I did want a 3x4 inch photo which is their littlest, they scheme you out of your pocket change by saying that you need $13.00 just to use the software that shrinks the picture. I think they just wanted me to come in and hopefully I could buy something else from them, because it seemed very clear to everyone that they couldnt do what I had asked them to.
