My insurance would not cover a new medication that I was prescribed so I paid $100 for a 30 day supply. And there I was on day 20 realizing I was 5 short. I called the pharmacy and was told they have the correct count. I told him that I didnt expect them to replace the pills since I have no proof of what happened but thought they should look into it since a person who steals prescription drugs shouldnt be working in a pharmacy. I live with my elderly parents and a bunch of kids under the age of 10 and have always kept these pills in my purse. No one in my home even knows that I was prescribed them so I can guarantee it wasnt anyone in my home. Im sure they have surveillance. I was told by Chris that the manager Jason would call me back but no one ever did. Im giving them a 1 star not because of the missing pills but for the lack of follow up on something so important and illegal.

My husband arrived at the pharmacy 2 hours after doc called in prescription. Waited 30 minutes then was told by the assistant manager told him it wasnt there. Oops! It was. Then proceeded to take info for first-time pickup, taking 10 minutes to enter a few pieces of information. Meanwhile, children crying, adults lined up. Told him it would be more than an hour for prescription to be filled (sleeping pill... will be too late to take it tonight). Likely we will transfer all our prescriptions elsewhere.

What a joke. Close this store. Three times I was told my prescription was not called in. I sat and waited as incompitant workers ran around exclaiming the computers had crashed. I listened as phones rang off the hook. How exactly would one receive a prescription over the phone if no one answers the phone? Walgreens should be embarrassed by the incompitance of this pharmacy. 1.5 hours - still no meds.

Pharmacy is good. Only go here after urgent care if prescription is needed. 2 stars because the male store manager is an arrogant individual. I have outside problems with an employee there though she did nothing but tell him that he mean mugged me the whole time i was in the check out line while he was talking to her. Completely unprofessional in my opinion.

The people in the pharmacy needs to be fired. They would not fill my meds unless I pre-pay out of pockit and they dont call to say the meds are ready or say if there is a problem and it will take longer. This just some of the problems what ever you do dont go to this one.

I have nothing but good things to say about this Walgreens. I havent encountered an experience where I left the store thinking I wasnt satisfied with their services. Keep up the great work!

Always give bad servicion on the drive-throungh as if you ask them things for free. Especially the person who is this day 9/18/11 at 1:30 pm. because the costemer they do have a job.

Drive through service is getting worse. Lane 2 has been blocked off for weeks. They wont answer the phone. Suggest looking for an alternative that understands customer service.

Always have a good experience. The staff are helpful and courteous when I shop there. I sometimes have to wait in line for my prescriptions because they are very busy.

Worst drive through ever. Avoid this place and go to other wall green if you want good service. 160th cedar branch us is always the best.

Easy access from 42 Northbound but you have to drive around if you are going the other way
