Manager refused to honor 20% coupon on non-excluded item. I had to go home, print out proof I could buy it at that price online, and go back to the store. Manager still refused to honor until I demanded he call corporate. They promptly told the manager to follow the policy... The manager on duty 7/30/2016 should be fired or at least sent to a class on how to deal with customers and follow the company policy without corporate forcing him to do so.

Like HF. Just wasnt happy when I found out their "rule" about FREE items. One free item per customer per day. No way in Im going there every single day. Coupon says you just cannot combine with other coupon such as combining a sale coupon with a 20% off coupon on the same item. It didnt say anything about you only get "one free item per day." I HATE IT WHEN RULES ARE VERBAL. So what do I do? Take my brothers and friends with me. Problem solved.

This place is great if your a weekend happy wrencher. I would recommend here if this is the place where you want to buy things you would use occasionally. Not for your everyday use items. Quality is great but it lacks in life expectancy. Overall this is my go-to store for my tools now. So glad I found HFT!

Along with offering alternative suggestions that my be better than your original purchase plans.

An amazingly large selection of generally cheap tools. They did have what I was looking for, but it would be nice to have the choice to get something a little higher quality.

Tim the store manager is a great guy. This store is a bit smaller than the Bloomington or Burnsville location, but still has the same great products and prices.

The products are an inexpensive as it gets, but they work. Still have my flux wire feed arc welder I got from them several years ago for $100.
