worst service from the manager "Bob". I guess the employees here are doing much better than this Manager. I was in Today to make couple duplicate keys which I usually make from here. They dont have the same key in stock which i always needed. So i bought bunch of blank keys for my business and usually go to this store to make duplicates for my business once a while. Employees are always helpful to me in the past and even today "Terry" was nice enough to help me start on making keys. Since he was lot busier with other key making so Called a person (Manager Bob) just chatting next to him with someone. Bob showed up with attitude and said We dont make keys unless you buy from here. (First of all If you dont want help then dont say it indirectly). I told him i can buy any keys but since you dont have the key which i need so I always bring my own key. Again he said why we dont make keys unless i buy. I told him that I can buy any other key so just to pay for the service and buying other things for my business. Since I have business account with Home Depot so I always come here. This guy was terribly rude and I dont think deserve the manager position. Finally made the duplicate key which I dont even wanted him to make after all of this and what happened the Keys not working. I always spend here even Today spent a lot more than a average. However this persons service will restrict me from this store. I am aware this person dont care about the review but hoping someone from corporate will take a action to make sure the people working here especially Managers like Bob are well trained to face their customers.

NEVER PURCHASING APPLIANCES FROM YOUR TEAM AGAIN! Looking to purchase a new appliance or two? DO NOT buy them from The Home Depot (Plymouth, MN) like we did... So sad to share because Jon and I were really looking forward to our fancy new front loaders today! 1. No one called to confirm an appointment window in advance (the day before) 2. The installers called us today 30 mins before they were arriving, which meant my husband had to leave work to meet them since we had no warning. 3. When they arrived, the installers told us we had not paid for a "gas dryer hookup" and without paying onsite they could not deliver and install. When we went through the process Crystal asked if we needed gas or electric for the dryer. We told her gas and she said there was an additional charge for the hookup to which we said OK and WE ASKED AFTER PAYING IF THERE WAS ANYTHING ELSE WE NEEDED TO PAY FOR ON SITE. SHE TOLD US NO... 4. We told the associate we spoke with originally at the Plymouth store (Crystal), that Jon (my husband) was coming into your location talk to her and when he arrived she "went to lunch" and was unavailable. (this was a span of 15 minutes) 5. The assistant manager was unprofessional and impolite. The order was never entered correctly, to begin with, and even the financing terms we negotiated in writing were wrong on the order within your system. We will be rethinking all of our Home Depot purchases in the future.

Organization sucks. I had a lot of trouble with picking up an online order. I ordered a kitchen cart and had a lot of trouble ordering it online as well. But thats not the Minneapolis Home Depots fault. I never got an email saying that my cart was there to be picked up, so I called to see if it was there. When I called, they had to put me on hold several times, and it took over 10 minutes for them to figure out where my kitchen cart was. FINALLY they told me it was there, and I could pick it up. So I went to pick it up later that day, and AGAIN they couldnt find it. They looked up my name, my confirmation email, my phone number, etc. They couldnt figure out where it was. The organization of the online orders is TERRIBLE. I was there for over a half hour. The manager was nice, but this whole ordeal was very stressful. Eventually he decided to just look by hand in receiving and he found it for me. Again, the manager was nice, but the organization was ridiculous.

I went in to buy a drill I was harassed and made a fool of me huge scene the fat security guard with the Minnesota Twins Jersey called the cops and said that we were doing fraudulent returns after we had our receipts and everything that we needed he was just trying to harass me thats what lawyers are for cuz they will we get sued I highly recommend dont go to this Home Depot and watch out for the fat light skin cop with bald head that wants to be a Minneapolis cop cuz hell call the police on you for no reason and harass you for no reason so yeah I will be contacting my lawyer about these allegations from this unprofessional environment people are rude employees are rude prices are too high and they do not price match without it being a problem they lie and say they do but they as these allegations happened less than 5 hrs ago

Do not buy a door from Home Depot! I attempted to buy a door for my home from them over 3 months ago and still have not had it installed due to multiple employee errors. The online project management system does not work and the customer service is below par. First, they screwed up scheduling the measurement; then duplicated my order and didnt know which door to order; the door they did order was the wrong one and didnt have a place for the dead bolt; and the customer service representatives have done little to nothing to improve my experience. I will not be using Home Depot for any large home improvements projects; they cant seem to get anything right.

Their customer service sucks their manager is raciest brick.. They dont have enough sales reps to help on the floor and when returning defected items they ask a million question and the they send you to the maker of that particular item.. its almost like being interrogated for spending your money.. I am never going there again and I will keep try and fight to get my money back.. If you dont like hassle Or being discriminated I would not spend my money at Home Depot especially this particular store.. PS THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE THAT ONE STAR THAT I GAVE THEM BUT THATS THE ONLY WAY YOU COULD WRITE A REVIEW!!

Two HORRIBLE delivery experiences. Dont order ANYTHING from this store that needs to be delivered. A $800 washer was multiple days late and we needed to call multiple times to check on the delivery. Then $2K in fencing arrived a week late and on the expected arrival date, they LOST the bloody fence. So we took time off work to work on the thing as it was suppose to come in, in the AM, and we did not get it till the next bloody day. The ONLY thing they offered to refund was delivery charge. Very Very Very disappointing and frustrating.

Wow - corporate really needs to take an interest in the shipping companies they use! We ordered $6,000 in custom cabinets and two were damaged in shipping process! Missing one cabinet and the store didnt even inform us that it was so damaged that they didnt add it to our order when we picked it up! To make matters worse they didnt even re-order for us, it simply got lost! Now due to the reorder we are three weeks behind in our project. Corporate - please partner with your shipping vendors to make customer satisfaction number one!
