My family received deplorable customer service. I was misinformed on the price of my prescription by over $60, and when I tried to pay over the phone (I am in college in Baltimore), they assured me my prescription was filled and now paid for (at the stated price $60 cheaper than it really turned out to be). When my family went to pick up the prescription, the prescription was not filled and not paid for, because my card number was taken down wrong. The workers dealt with the mix up completely devoid of compassion given the situation and were extremely condescending. With the degree of education required for such positions and for the amount of money I had to pay for my prescription (which I acknowledge is completely out of their control), I would expect slightly better customer service. I am sincerely disappointed and shall do all within my ability to give my business to a more competent and professional pharmacy.
