This has to be one of the worst CVS’s in the Minneapolis area. They never have medications that I need, but Walgreens always seems to have the needed drugs on hand. I dont understand how one company always has their medication supply stocked and another never has medications that I need. When CVS says they have something in stock it is days before it gets filled and they may even call saying that it will be several more days if not a week before they can fill it. Walgreens fills it within 20 minutes. I dont know how two pharmacies can be so different when all they have to do is hand out medications. Then they have called me for medication re-fills and I stop in to pick it up and they say that there is nothing to pick up. CVS has called my doctor for medication re-fills when I havent asked because I knew it couldnt be re-filled yet. I dont know where or how they get permission to call them. When I do go inside the CVS store it could be up to a 20 minutes wait and at Walgreens I havent had to wait more than 5 minutes. I am currently in the process of changing everything over to Walgreens. I have no complaints on the CVS store itself just the pharmacy. It hasnt been like this for a month or two, it has been like this for more than four years. I wouldnt recommend this CVS to anyone. Chris

My experience with cvs in brooklyn center has always been great!!! The manager,and the Entire staff are all very attentive to me whenever I go there.Its very nice to hear them greet me by my name.Even the pharmacy staff are all kind.And very respectful.

This location never has the medicine available,the wait has always been longer than they say,i never get a call when there is a problem before coming all the way there to pick up. I will be using cub pharmacy from now on. so disappointed!

It took awhile to get my prescriptions because they got my personal information mixed up with someones else. Im switching to Walgreen because they are so much better.
