Brought my Brother printer to H&H to have a beta firmware update applied. I would do this myself but Brother only provides access to beta firmware to authorized service centers, which this business is apparently one of. When I dropped the printer off I was given an estimate of 7-10 days. Over the next 2 months I called 4 times and asked for an update. Each time a woman answered and said that the technician was not in but would call me back. Never received a call back. Finally I called a 5th time and let them know that I was upset at not being called back and the length of time they had my printer. Luckily the technician was able to speak with me this time. He told me my printer already had the latest firmware that he has access to and that he had "a lot of hours in it" trying to figure out the problem. I drove to H&H the next day and picked up my printer. Got it home, opened up the web UI and lo and behold, it told me there was a firmware update available. My printer had been at H&H for so long that the beta firmware I wanted installed was now GA and available to everyone. Clicked a button, installed the firmware update and that was that. Not sure what, if anything, they were actually doing with my printer while they had it. Overall an absolutely horrible experience with H&H, stay away.

I dropped a Sony receiver which was less than a year old off for a warranty repair on May 2, it is now September 19, still no word on when its going to be done. I called once, was told a part was on backorder, then waited another month or so, still having not heard an update. I stopped in to the shop about a month ago, and got the same response that the part was on backorder and still no info on when it was going to be done. I stopped in on a thursday, was told I would be called back by Tuesday and never got a call. Not sure if my receiver will ever be fixed, so I might just start shopping for a new one... They should have the sense to do me a solid and just send the receiver to Sony for me since they are not making anything happen. Doubt they will. The whole reason I dropped the receiver off at this place was that I thought they would be faster than shipping it to Sony. Boy, was I ever wrong. Bummer.

This has been the single worst experience I have had with any business. H&H exhibits horrible customer service. They hardly ever call back when they say they will. I wish I had logged all the calls I have made to them over the past five months--yes, five months--to try to get answers and move things along. To be fair, it was a very complicated repair (and is now diagnosed as basically irreparable) and he was working with Panasonic because it was under partial warranty. H&H says that the limits Panasonic imposes on warrantied repairs has been largely to blame for the extremely long wait. And parts are always on backorder, or awaiting a long journey from China, etc. (as other reviewers have mentioned). In any case, based on customer service alone, I would never recommend this business.

This company is horrible. I have a Samsung LCD. The guy came out to fix the tv (was 4 hours late. said he had car trouble). He said that he had to order parts. it took over 2 weeks. I never heard from them. I called and left a message asking what is going on (as my tv is completely taken apart in my living room all this time). They never called back. I waited 5 more days and called again and got a hold of someone who said they could fix the TV the next day. The guy said he would be out by 10:30am. At 1pm I called the office and asked where he was. He came over at 1:15pm and replaced a part that was not the actual part that needed to be fixed. The TV is now acting up in the same ways as well as other issues. Im done with them!

Excellent service! This family-run business is the way youd wish every place would be run. I was wary of an only 2-star rating on google-reviews but I read their history and really appreciate non-corporate mom & pop shops. So, I brought my samsung DLP HDTV in on a Friday night at rush hour. I had a burnt-out bulb and Jack(the main repair man) didnt even have me bring it in the store. He walked out to the car and replaced the bulb as the tv sat in the back of my car with the hatch open. I was out of there in less than 20 minutes. Incredible!

Second time Ive swung in here. First time I had a random flat screen that came with my house but no power cord. H&H scrounged one up for me and after realizing the tv was busted he let me return the cord. Seems trivial but its not. That was a year ago. Stopped in today because I have a very high end bicycle light that had the cord ripped out of the lamp. It was for me a technical solder. He fixed it on the spot and inexpensively. Light works great. This place is always busy and the gentleman, I believe named jack, has not lead me astray.

First off I do not understand why H & H would recommend this store. When I arrived at his store I expressed my concerns about his negative feedback the company, after about 20 minutes of small talk, I felt a little more comfortable with leaving my expensive receiver to be fixed. Well 45 days later after he told me two weeks, I called and left 3 message and on the third message I left specific instruction that if I did not hear back form him that I would come get my receiver, which i did.

Found this company off the Sony web site when I started having problems with our Sony Bravia. Someone came out within a week, but said he had to do some "research" and would get back to me about how the TV could be repaired. This cost me $80. He never got back to me. While I searched for the phone number to call them back to ask what was going on, I found all of these reviews. I am cutting my losses and contacted another company.

This company should not be in business.. I called for a simple estimate and they couldnt even ball park it. They have no system to give you an estimate without an on site technician who is not there during their business hours. Terribly rude customer service and a poor business structure. Take your TVs to SAMs in Eden prairie. I called and he answered and took the time out of his day to make sure I knew what I was getting into.

Samsung referred me here for an in-warrantee repair, and at first I was excited to see theyd send me to a small, family owned repair shop. However, it took two weeks and leaving 4 messages to even hear back with an estimate on a turn around. While in the end, the unit was deemed not repairable, the lack of communication from the shop was unacceptable in my mind.

Ive found them to be fast, honest, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to my friends and family. In fact I have many times. If you need television repair dont hesitate to call H&H.
