This rating has nothing to do with this location. Its more Sprint over all. I have been a customer for 11 years and when I tried to renew contract it was the most convoluted process. It was such a bad experience I decided to wait and now I am considering Verizon because it has better coverage. Im sure the customer service is just as bad but my calls drop all the time when I use cell at home. I

The lady that was helping me didnt really know what she was talking about. Maybe she did but I was so distracted and grossed out by the fact she had bugs crawling in her hair. I got out of there as fast as I could and called the manager. I didnt even have to say her name once I said the word bugs he knew who I was talking about. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!

I always have problems when I go into this sprint. I view the staff as rude and highly unprofectional. At times they have been informational, but with three or more visits I am mot pleased.
