Welp. I heard GameStop was offering a deal for trade ins. $250 for an xbone towards purchase of new xbone. Since the new elite controller came out and has been impossible to find, I decided I would trade mine in. I called and asked about the deal and was told the $250 is for any xbone with all the cords and one controller. They had an elite in stock so they saved one for me. Pretty nice right? So I get home from work and take my entertainment center apart and bring in all the materials I needed to trade in. My xbone is a day one edition and has been moved once or twice. Works perfectly, and I rarely used my day one controller. I bring in everything in the original box and packaging and they tell me at the counter they are no longer running the promotion (even though I called and asked). Then I asked if we could do something about it, he said he would discount the new system $50. I said sure but then he claimed that the most I techniy could get was 175.00 for the system but my controller had a "sticky bumper" (which it didnt, I used it 2 days prior and it was perfect) so I can only get 125.00. So the he didnt give me $50 off anything anyways. Plus he looked at me like he was pulling a fast one on me with satisfaction. This GameStop has definitely lost my business indefinitely, I wouldnt encourage anyone to go there.

Ill be honest Ive tried to go here on multiple different occasions. No matter how many people are waiting in line there is always an unnecessarily long wait. I waited 39 minutes to even talk to a person and when I finally did he didnt listen to anything I was saying and even went as far as to try to sell me a completely different game system then what I originally asked about. There was one girl who walked out on her cell phone and messed around on the computer all while 1 person worked the register and she just walked away all while we watched her. Not even a sorry about the wait well be with you as soon as possible. I dont know just odd

Have always found the management at this location to seem very arrogant. If I asked any questions, I usually just got a glazed over expression and fake smile like they really didnt want to help me after asking if I needed it. Always feel like theyre wanting desperately to end the conversation. I always preferred the Shakopee store at Old Carriage Court. Very friendly there and eager to help.

Some jackass that works here told me that if I uninstall 2k17 and redownload it it will keep all of my saved progress. Instead all of my months progress and over 20$ is down the drain cuz of some moron. I would recommend never calling in for any informational services.

Not an above and beyond kinda place if you know what I mean. Wife was told midnight when she came in after work. First midnight release done at 11:00pm. Register closed by 12:01. Receipt and ID in hand "youll have to come back when we open in 10 hrs. Sorry"

Wouldnt price match a game that costs 60$ at their store that I could find for 30$ at any other store. Trade-in values are very very poor. Buy games from a normal distributor.
