I purchased a 2010 GMC Acadia, great vehicle I absolutely love it, but one major problem, I havent even had it 2 months and it is at a transmission shop as it has an unupdated tranny with bad torque converter, its costing me $4200 to have this fixed. Be aware of any vehicles purchased from here, take them to where ever you can to have them fully checked out. And wouldnt recommend purchasing from here. Very unhappy and pissed off as now I am wondering if this was a know problem. Make sure to be well aware of the "AS IS" that you sign to make sure you arent going to end up in my shoes. Also had to have multiple other parts replaced as soon as it was purchased that I was unaware of!! Thought I was getting a great deal but now I have way more invested in it, then it is valued at! Id rate this 2 thumps down!!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!! I would avoid at all cost. I am sorry for those who went to this used car place and walk away head shaking like myself. Absolutely disgusted! Went to see a car few months back before the snow fell and the vehicle I was in, oh man! It smells like cigarettes odor!!! Plus the posted price got jacked up few hundreds WTF? Drove 1 hour home to see the ad again and it got jack up. Sketchy as hell with this used car shop. YOU ARE WARNED!!! I agree with all the users who rated this place 1 star or no star at all. I myself wasted my precious time here. Dont shop this place, youll REGRET sooner or later.

If anyone is looking for a car here, just skip this place. Went there to look for a vehicle I was interested in and the price fitted my budget. Talked to the owner and I test drove it next to the gas station and I liked the car alot. I then went home to show my husband the ad of the car and the price but only to find it was jack up a few thousands out of my budget. I called and was told price are to changed by the owner, I was disappointed because car values go down yearly but this particular sedan price went up within seconds. Took my money somewhere else that matters.

Terrible place, lied to us over the phone about condition of the car, told us it was "garage kept" "really well taken care of" car had terrible paint/body work done to it. Every and Im not making this up Every panel had damage that was repaired cheaply with orange peel and over spray everywhere. Interior had allot of broken parts with terrible "drywall skrews" repairs. We drove 9 HOURS and I was so mad I couldnt even find words as we left.. pictures they take are misleading. All of the cars I seen on the lot seem like they had cheap paint and body work repairs done.

Bad business! I purchased a SUV in February and besides the fact it broke down two months later, I cant get in touch with the guy I signed paper work with. I purchased extra warranty when signing paperwork for SUV and when Alpha warranty would not cover the engine it needed this company and guy I did paperwork with would not contact me back. Its been months of calling and texting with no response so I cancelled warranty myself!!!! Beware of PTL auto as well thats where I found vehicle!!!!

Been trying to file my claim for 2 months! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. CAR JUST CAUGHT ON FIRE AFTER A MONTH OF DRIVING IT! Watch out for Twin City Autos as well they sold me the car.

Shady dealer. Sold me a car with tires on it that are over 10 years old. Less then a week later i had a blowout on the highway. Do not buy from these guys!
