We purchased a used Suzuki XL-7 (from a different used lot) that was right at the 36,000 bumper-to-bumper coverage. It began making a strange noise so we brought it in and they honored a warranty (we were like 200 miles over the warranty) and replaced the fuel pump. After we left, the check engine light was on, so we brought it back thinking they just forgot to clear it - but it continued to come on. We couldnt leave the car for a few months, and when I brought it back I talked with Russell and we tried again - still no luck. Kept coming on! Brought it back a couple months later to leave it for a week while I was out of town. They ran a smoke test, and went through the car - come to find out it was the catalytic converter. They replaced it totally under warranty and Russel even drove it for awhile himself to make sure it was fixed for good! Cars running better than ever and even though its on the other side of town and takes a few days for parts, the service is excellent! Hope we never have to go back for a problem, but if we do I know theyll continue to work it until its fixed. Thanks!

**THE MOST UN-PROFESSIONAL AUTO DEALERSHIP IVE EVER DEALT WITH.** A rude service staff that upsells unnecessary items, installs the wrong oil, trashes the inside, and causes leaks in the oil pan. This excuse for a business had multiple opportunities to "make it right", but each time failed to fix the problems they had broken. A routine oil change came back with the wrong oil for a diesel engine, a leak in the oil pan that wasnt there previously, and censor lights flashing like Christmas trees. When the shop manager was explained the aforementioned problems, he had the gall to try and gain sympathy by proclaiming the he would need to cover the cost out of his own pocket. The crooks took the car back, claimed to have fixed the problems they created, then tried to charge $145 dollars for it. This is a pathetic excuse for a business, and even worse, the people running the shop are pathetic excuses for human beings, giving unprofessional advise in order to sell unneeded items, then deflecting responsibility for the problems they created. STAY AWAY FROM BLAKEY AUTO PLEX!

Beware of what they represent to you about their vehicles. Always have the vehicle looked over by a technician if you are buying from here. There may be hidden issues that they are not telling you about. I was going to buy a vehicle here; however, luckily I had it looked over by an auto shop down the road from Blakely and they surfaced many issues that were not disclosed to me, even when I asked specifically about the specific functions or aesthetics of the vehicle. I was buying the vehicle unseen as I am in Kansas City and was relying totally on their word. Im glad I spent the money to have it looked over as I would have bought a big headache if I hadnt. Just beware and have the vehicle looked over by a good auto shop before you buy here. Otherwise, they were really nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Not representing the vehicle correctly brought them down from four stars to two.

I bought a 2012 Suzuki Kizashi. I LOVE my car. It rides smooth and gets great gas mileage. The salesman and the finance manager worked extremely hard to get me the best deal they could possibly get. Everyone there is so friendly and willing to help. The lady in finance was so friendly and she explaned everything to us. I have driven other cars about the same size as the Kizashi and I have to say it was the most fun to drive. Again I love my car. I would recommend going to visit Blakey Auto Plex Suzuki to everyone.

I would like to take the time to commend the staff at the Blakey Autoplex. The have been extremely helpful and courteous in helping me maintain my Chevy truck. I expecially appreciate the Parts Manager, Marcus Carper, for assisting me in acquiring parts on two occasions. He went out of his way to not only find them but also to keep me informed of their shipping status. I also use the faciliy for servicing and am always completely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

It seems that they dont update their website-- that cars shown are probably not there--if they ever were. Not only that, but the salesman doesnt seem to care. If they lie about that, who knows what else they are lying about? Bait and switch?
