Im so happy I went in today. My boyfriend and I both shared a vehicle, so I didnt have anything to trade in, and I didnt have any car insurance in my name. I was interested in two vehicles they had, and drove off in one that I was interested in. (Past experience, Ive never gotten the car I really wanted. So this was amazing!) there was one issue with my vehicle, but before I could even take it home, Mike had it fixed by their mechanics which was done quickly than anticipated. (He even noticed it before I did!) To top it all off Mike helped me get a good rate for insurance by hooking me up with a guy he gets his insurance from. This is by far the best experience I have ever had, I will recommend everyone to them! Mike thank you for going above and beyond today, I couldnt have been happier!

it started off really good said they would work with us and they did, but it was a lie they told me my wheel barring was causing my check engine light to turn on even after tuffys told me it was my fuel pump this was about a month ago then two days later check engine light comes back on. i dont know whats it could be cant afford to have it fixed by a shop cause there just as big as a scam i really thought they were repeatable i was still pleased that they fixed my wheel barring but to have the nerve to tell me thats why my engine light came on is unbelievable. check engine light is still on spent all money on buying the car

I recently purchased a KIA from Ben. I have to say that he was awesome and helped me 1.) get approved for my KIA 2.) Made me feel Important 3.) When the KIA needed things fixed he had me bring it in and he fixed them with no problem what so ever. He also lend me a car until the car was fixed. I am giving BEN and His staff a 5 STAR review due to they go out of their way to give outstanding service unlike most car dealers that are out to make money and that is it. This place is a joke. Stopped in on Saturday afternoon to test drive a car for my son. Made an offer, they accepted the offer, made arrangements to stop in Monday at 5pm to pick it up and do paperwork. Then I got a call from them saying they sold the car to some one else, 2 hours before I was supposed to pick it up!!! Terrible business, classless, wouldnt buy a matchbox car from them. Now I have to tell my son the bad news that hes not getting the car because people like this exist.

Mike and Ben were awesome to me. I needed to bring it back and have it checked; needed brake pads. Staff walking by asking me if I would like a pop; crew was having lunch in the breakroom and offered me pizza. I love the friendliness and the "small town" feel. And, of course, I adore my Subaru Outback. I would recommend Car City to anyone. God bless you guys and keep it up.

Knowing I didnt have the best credit, I was very nervous about having to buy a car. I went to Car City East with very low expectations and was surprised on how well I was treated. The manager was very helpful and listened to all my concerns. He was able to get me a rate much lower than I expected and left in my new Explorer.

Stopped in a couple months ago. Looked at a car. Ben said car had clean title and no previous damage. I later ran a carfax to find out that the car had been in a accident with the airbags being deployed. Im just so glad that I didnt just jump into buying that car. Dont buy a car from them without doing your own research first.

I dont know who I talk to but when I said I pay cash for a truck the man told me he wouldnt sell it to because there was motor problems. I couldnt believe it if I pay a used car I think I will stop there agine.
