Bought a car from this guy for 6k around June of 2015. Thermostat and A/C compressor never worked. Tire blew a few months into the purchase when on the ad he claimed they were brand new tires!. WHATS WORSE, is that I just had to replace ALL 4 because another got a bulge! 800 bucks I had to REINVEST into a car I just bought not even 2 years ago [basically I went from $6000 purchase to $6600 (including tax)]! Interior is starting to wear, rear ashtray just randomly fell out and I dont have passengers in my car. Highly doubt if this car makes it before I pay it off. I strongly suggest to turn around and run from this crook. Uses phony carfax reports! Im all about small business but this guy obviously lies about his product. My wife is still pissed about this purchase I made. Works in Medina but with his character youd expect him on Lake St. or Broadway Ave.

He gave accurate information on our car, its history and value. He was honest about his price and we felt no pressure at any point in the process. Our car was missing a few standard components and Scott tracked these down and provided them as part of the sale. His follow through was excellent. I don’t have the option to purchase a vehicle from family or a close friend but felt making this purchase through Scott and his family auto sales biz was the next best thing. Finally! Someone you can trust in the car industry! Scott and Showcase has done work on my car and I can say out of all the places I have been, he is by FAR the most transparent and effective. His communication is unmatched, and you never have to worry that he is trying to sell you something you dont need. If you want to go to a place where youre a priority, not just a number, you need to go to Showcase. Scott at Showcase truly cares about every single person and made me feel like I was his only priority, when I am sure he had tons more work to do. I cant recommend him enough!

I have bought many many cars all across the USA, this was the quickest, politest auto transaction of my entire life. The care was priced right, exactly the car I was looking for. Everything felt so right I almost didnt test drive the car; just wanted to sign the papers and take it home. Scott is a great communicator, honest, and an expert in his chosen profession.
