At first was satisfied with the sales rep but after receiving the Ca fax on the 2010 Ford Edge I am disappointed in his practice of selling a vehicle. He led us to believe this was an actual Enterprise vehicle and had been driven by their top sales persons wife, when in fact this vehicle was originally owned by Tousley Ford in White Bear Lake, then sold to a private individual, then sold on 6/5/13 at Auction to Jay Malone Motors in Hutchinson MN. and then again to Buerkle Honda in Saint Paul, MN. on 8/16/13, THEN Enterprise Car Sales got it and offered it for sale on 8/26/16 and we bought it on 8/31/16. This vehicle had two previous owners which was not what the salesman had implied with the sales persons wife having the vehicle. We probably would have bought it anyway, but to be led down a path of deceptive information is not a good thing. We requested the Carfax report and was told we would get it but it was late in the day and we got sidetracked with paperwork, so when I realized we did not get it I called and requested it be sent within their 7 day return policy. Did not get it until after the 7 day return policy. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Enterprise sales and the first vehicle was purchased in Phoenix Arizona. We received everything from that dealer BEFORE we signed any papers. We also had full maintenance records on the 2008 Ford F150 we purchased from them in Arizona. When I requested this information from the Spring Lake Park Enterprise Sales, I was told they do not keep all the service records. This in itself did not sound very good to me. Although I have only had the vehicle since 8/31/16, thus far I am satisfied with it. I just am very disappointed with the sales practice of this Enterprise division. I would advise anyone that is considering a purchase from the Spring Lake Park office to make sure they get all the information about the vehicle BEFORE signing any papers. If we were to purchase another Enterprise vehicle we would go back to Phoenix Arizona and deal with them. They were completely up front with everything! Carfax report and maintenance records from the time the vehicle was purchased from Ford. Again, had we known this was NOT an original Enterprise vehicle we would have looked at other vehicles.

Im not giving 5 stars. Im giving 100 stars, but its simply not possible to do for this review lol! Enterprise is the BEST company Ive ever dealt with. Forget just car rental/purchase companies, Ive never seen a company this amazing in my entire life. Gives me hope for humanity. Here is my story... I was in a serious car accident a little over a month ago, and my car was totaled. I was traveling several hours out of my hometown, and was halfway to my destination when it happened. I was in an unfamiliar area, but a highway patrol at the scene buzzed me to a local airport to see about getting a rental car. The company based there was Enterprise. That particular branch was OUT of rentals at that time. I was like "OMG, youve got to be kidding me".... XD But then, the branch manager said he was going to go to another Enterprise branch about an hour away to pick up a car, and offered to take me with! I was ecstatic and accepted. I rode with him and another lady who was driving, and they were soooo friendly and nice. They helped me feel so much better about my incident that day, and we were talking and giggling about random stuff the whole way. We reached the other branch, and I was hooked up with a rental within minutes. I made it to my destination and home comfortably with the convenience of being able to return the car to a local branch in my area. The branch manger that took me to get a rental also gave me some information about Enterprise Car Sales. I took him up on it, and met with the sales team down in the Fridley area. It was the most wonderful experience buying a car EVER. Normally going into a dealership makes me feel sick to my stomach. The staff were all very relatable, friendly, informative, and beyond helpful. Not only did I get the help finding the car I wanted at an amazing price, but the sales gal I worked with also helped me with the insurance claim for my totaled vehicle. Because of her I was able to get $1,000 more for my vehicle than I would have gotten not knowing how insurance works lol... I SING MY PRAISES FOR ENTERPRISE! Best company to buy a car or rent from, PERIOD. Having found this place, I will NEVER BUY A NEW CAR ANYWHERE ELSE!

A couple weeks ago I stopped in at the Spring Lake Park Enterprise. I had been thinking about upgrading my vehicle. When I arrived I was promptly greeted by Max. Now this is when things became interesting. Max brought me into his office and started by sharing with me the process that Enterprise goes through when working with their clients. He then asked me a very comprehensive set of questions about exactly what I was looking for. He took my list and brought a car for me to look at and it fit almost all my requirements including options and price range. The vehicle was a 2016 Jeep compass, something that would be reliable and a pleasure to drive for years. Then Max introduced me to Tasha. Her role was to deal with financing of the vehicle. She and Max worked as a team and provided constant updates throughout the process and I was approved! This is especially important because as it stands my credit went through the ringer over the last year and is recuperating but I believed it would not be good enough to finance a vehicle let alone the Jeep I was looking at. In addition, the warranties provided protection to me for a fair price. I especially liked that instead of an endless list of mechanical terms that were covered by the power train warranty Enterprise lists the items that are not covered. This information provided a level of clarity that I have never experienced at any other car dealership. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was friendly, attentive, professional, and very knowledgeable. The pricing was based on Kelly Blue Book and was fair and didn’t require hours of haggling and numerous visits to the “managers” office. Hats off to you Max and Tasha! I will never go anywhere else to buy a car and I will refer anyone that needs a different vehicle to you.

We were in today for the first time ever and we had the most Wonderful experience thanks to Dale!! Not only are their cars of amazing quality but the price you pay for the quality youre getting is unmatched by any dealership or car lot around! The absolute best part of the whole experience is the customer service you get. Dale was BY FAR the greatest salesman I have ever delt with, and thats coming from someone whos been a salesman for years. He was so kind and caring and he explained everything in a way that it was all easily understandable and if we werent getting it he would continue to explain until we fully understood. As first time car buyers it was most appreciated!! He really walked with us through every step of the way and made the car buying experience extremely enjoyable, which most people that go to a dealership couldnt say. All in all I will DEFINITELY be telling everyone to go see Dale at enterprise car sales because not only do they have the best quality for the price cars around but they have the ABSOLUTE BEST team of salesman that you will ever find!! Thank you again Dale for being so awesome and so so helpful on every aspect of the buying process!!
