horrible people and business. me and my boyfriend have been dealing with these guys since it was quality auto and the first time my boyfriend got a car from them the muffler fell off about a week later. me and my boyfriend paid $500 for that because the whole exhausts system needed to be replaced. then about another week after that the transmission started slipping. we took it back and the mechanic at the time informed us that they knew about the transmission and had intentionally done a quick fix thing on it to sell it. they took the car back with no reimbursement of anything for the $500 we spent to fix it. gave us another crappy car that broke down and they would not take it back. also I went there to get my car which was priced at $5,999. I put $1,000 down and my previous car which they only gave me $100 for because I still had a $900 loan on it. but it has been a year and this car I got is running okay however I just received a letter of how much I still owed of $6,526!!! after a year and the $1,100 down. I called the loan company to ask why it was so much they said the loan I got was $10,000 to begin with!!! almost twice what the car was priced and based on KBB more than 3x its worth. I called perfect 10 and they wont do anything about it. I Even asked if they would take it back without giving me any of the money I spent on it because I really didnt want to keep paying for it and Kevin the new owner said I would have to pay $3,000 more before he would take it because thats how much its actually worth($3,526). it has 173,000 miles on it and I still owe $6,526. Not worth it and not happy about it!

On Saturday November 5th, I visited the dealership and commenced conversations with a John and Terry through out the week. A second visit was set up with instructions for me to bring income and residence verification that would hold the vehicle for one weeks time upon approval. I went back to the dealership on Wednesday November 8th, 2011 and after they pulled my credit and copied my documents they informed me that the vehicle that I came to apply for had been sold. They did not provide me an opportunity to test any other vehicle and tried to sell me on a vehicle I clearly expressed disinterest in. I called back that same evening and asked that my credit application be canceled. On Friday November 11th, 2011 I received a call from united auto credit advising me that my file was in underwritting as the dealership verified the income information needed that day. I contacted Jake at Quality Auto as I had requested cancellation two days prior and they were still processing me. He refused to listen to me, was very condescending and then hung up on me. I have recorded the call and am in the process of filing a report with the spring lake park police department and will go to the quality auto office with a police escort to request my file with all copied documents enclosed.

*update * after posting my previous review, Kevin from perfect 10 called me. After explaining my situation he asked me to come in again and see what we could do about getting out from underneath my car loan. Which I was more than happy to do once I found out the two guys I originally dealt with were no longer there. Went in a few days later and drove away in a new to me vehicle, had gotten a new better loan and was able to choose my monthly payments. The whole process was so quick and easy and I couldnt be happier with how things went! Will definitely be going back if I need to. If I could give these guys a zero I would. Talk about scam artists.. at first I was so grateful because they helped me finance a vehicle! But now that I am trying to trade it in Im finding Im having the hardest time because the car isnt at all worth what is still owed! The guys I dealt with said 6-9 months and I could trade in. Little did they tell me they were lying straight through their teeth. Not to mention, within a week of my vehicle purchase I sent a friend in, a male friend. Who was given a much better deal, and a better vehicle. We both had the same kind of credit and little money down. And I never received my $100 referral bonus... not worth the trip and hassle..

OMG I do not know were to start off at.... First off called in telling them my issue about me already having car loan opened and the engine blew in the car and I still owe I explained to them my credit was not perfect but fair I asked can they help me??? Not only did they help me they helped my brother, sister and boyfriend all get fairly new vehicles that we are all happy with. The down payments and monthly car payments are not bad at all the cars come with a four year warranty with unlimited mileage bump to bumper coverage (what more can you ask for)??? I will recommend them to anyone with good or bad credit. Bought a VW from these guys. At first I was more than happy to buy the car. Then it needed tires, then brakes, then a valve cover, had the timing belt and a few things replaced by a shop they recommended and already it had to go in at a different shop to get the same damn parts we just had replaced tightened cuz they were coming loose. And the car costs 10 grand??? Id love to work with them but i refuse to. I strictly speak with the loan company now and avoid all service with Perfect 10. I will never buy another car from here and I promise Ill make sure nobody I know does either. Sad that the trust in the world is gone. Companies like you make a living ripping people off. I hope karma bites your ass and sends this business in the toilet.

Under New Ownership/Management. Kevin the son of the owner has a lot of compassion and has always tried to help me out of a bad situation. Last night I bought my 4th vehicle from him which was a 1997 Nissan Pathfinder. This vehicle is awesome and not only did he help me out with a low down payment but he also took my car and gave me too dollar for the condition that it was in. They has always been very transparent with me laying it all out on the platter as I would say. I would recommend my friends & family to this dealership because I know they will take care of you and even if the vehicle you buy from them has problems in the way future especially while your making payments on the vehicle. I must say Ive never been so happy with the experience I received at Perfect 10 these guys and gals, may I add are awesome, patient, and understanding. They allowed me addiquite time to test drive the vehicle I was interested in and made sure to fix any problems that I noticed. I cant say that about other dealerships that I have been to in the past. I could tell they were more so worried about me being happy with my choice, then just looking at me as another sale and rushing me out if things did not work out. I recommend Perfect 10 not just to my friends and family, but also to people who are looking for quality, reliability and a awesome group of sales people who put their customer first . Perfect 10 you rock.
