I agree with Alexis Gibson! The collision center at Deery Brothers is an absolute NIGHTMARE to deal with. Lets just say Im not sure if they are incompetent or liars or both, but either way Im begging you, DO NOT take your vehicle to them to be worked on. I HAD THE MOST CRAPPIEST SERVICE, I will never go back to them. I had got in a wreck and the person insurance had me take my car to them. When I went and picked my car up, I though they did a great job. I was told the back their work 100% and if I had any issues to bring it back and they would fix it. The accented was in October 2016. When, I dropped the van off for it to be fixed. The spot they fixed I though they did a good job. I was glad they had fixed the spot. I did not look to see if the connector was there or not. I was unaware they had to remove the bumper to repair the spot. My van has a tow package. This month June 2017 my spouse went to hook up lights for the trailer (the van had a connector when I drop it off). When my spouse was looking at the wire it looks like it was cut and warped with electoral tape. I had called they told me to bring it in and they would look at. The person I was dealing seemed like he thought I didnt know what I was talking about. I asked him before I went on and had him look at it if they had to remove the bumper to fix it and he said yes. I explained and showed him were it was at and that it wasnt there. So, he acted like I didnt know what I was talking about and had one of the technicians come and look at it. The technician got on the ground and got up and send up she is right it isnt there. So the person asked again if it was fixed from a wreck. I told him yes and he was good we take pictures for the insurance company when it is done. So at first he couldnt find the pictures, so he calls and got help to see where they were at. Once he got the pictures open. I looked at them on his computer with him and the picture was taken so far back you couldnt tell. You couldnt even tell I had a hitch on there. So I had him send the picture to me in an email, I tried to in large the picture, it didnt work it made the picture to bleary to see. So he told me he was going to talk to his boss. I call on Monday; he told me that they could kind of tell something was there, what a lie. But, they would replace it. I get the van home and my spouse looks to make sure it was done correctly and he look on the pumper they fixed and seen a crack in it. I called them back and brought the van back out. They try saying someone hit the back of car again. When I should them the crack and that some of the scuff marks were coming back also. They still stated someone had it the back of me and caused it and they took pictures because they were going to call the insurance company and see what they say. Be for the wrack I was doing something by the tail end of the van on the other side and knocked part of my tail light out. So when they was taking picture of the crack on the other side of the car and the scuff mark that was coming out, they started taking pictures of that. I ask them why when that had nothing to do with the other side. Needless to say the stand by some hit the side again. That was a lie; I think I would know if someone hit that same side. So, I told that they were not going to fix it because they think someone else had hit me. My dad works on car for a leaving and has done that for 40 or 50 year. So I had him look at it, he said it looked like the heat we have been having is what make it crack. So they did a crappy job and would not fix it even though they back their work 100%. Needless to say I will never go back and I will let everyone I know not to go to them! Needless to say I will never go back and I will let everyone I know not to go to them!

Bought a 2005 Equinox, GM certified.. Nothing but problems since purchase, had to argue and get a lawyer involved and finally received a warranty. Car has trouble starting constantly and has been in multiple times but they cannot find the problem. Was assured it would be brought in this week before a move to Alabama, they did not set up an appointment, called on Monday and was told that it could not be brought in until next week. Took matters into my own hands. Air filter was so dirty no light would come through holding it up to the sun!!! Looks like it was never replaced, certainly not when it should have been (before purchase), had the battery tested and it also failed - now that it has a new battery and air filter it runs like new. I find it very hard to believe that a service center that has had the car in multiple times could not diagnose a faulty battery. I cannot imagine how a company can stay in business with such poor customer service, especially with the economy how it is. Take my words for what they are worth, my opinion - I am sure that others have had different experiences... Why chance it though? Also we found out the car had a major front end collision, yet it was GM certified? Shady.

What a roller coaster ride. We bought a used 2005 Chevy Silverado earlier this year. The next day we took it over to our mechanic who found quite a bit wrong with it, including significant rust damage underneath. Steve, the GM, agreed to fix the issues and three weeks later we got our truck back. The next day we discovered a major power steering leak. Keep in mind that we only had it 2 days in total off of the lot. I called our sales person Owais Ahmed, who proceeded to tell me that it was not leaking when they had it and it must have been something I did (in 1 day) to cause the significant leak. Really? I then called Steve and left a message, but he never called me back. Needless to say, I never received a survey for feedback. I appreciate the work that was done, but it still ended up costing me almost $700 in repairs right off of the lot. All in all, my perception of the whole incident was less than satisfactory. I have always used Karl’s in the past and have never had even close to these kinds of challenges.

I was looking for a winter vehicle to replace my old 98 Lumina. This dealership has a whole row of wholesale priced cars. The salesman - Logan - spent A LOT of time with me. He was - as was every single person I encountered there (including the GM) - kind, patient and most importantly - HONEST. I had a couple of cars I looked at first. He told me which ones were good and which ones needed some work. One car he let me take for nearly an hour to get it looked at by a mechanic. Finally - I made up my mind on a 1998 truck. Again - they let me have it for a more than fair amount of time to put it through the paces. Making the deal was quick and easy. They gave what I thought my used car was worth and took off some from the truck. Biggest thing for me - and the reason I will come back for sure - is Logan spent the better part of his day helping me with essentially a $3000 deal. He didnt have to do that but he did. Outstanding service, great people.
