My husband recently purchased a Volvo from Joe and he had a great experience. Joe wasnt pushy and he was knowledgeable about the car. Unfortunately just a couple of weeks after our purchase the car wouldnt start. We called the dealership and Joe sat on the phone with us and helped us research possible fixes - we called 2 minutes before they were closing and he worked with us for nearly an hour. We couldnt fix it so we brought it to a Volvo dealer and found out that the ignition - where you put the key - needed replaced. It was not an ongoing issue and there was no deceit on AC Autos part, just a fluke that isnt uncommon to Volvos. That said, we called to tell them the issue and because it was a recent purchase they agreed to help us cover the cost of the repair. 5 stars for the service and for going above and beyond. Buying used cars is always a bit of a gamble but we will definitely keep AC Auto on our list of trusted dealers.

This was my first car buying and financing experience and Joe was my very helpful salesman. I came in to test drive an 09 Rav4 without feeling sold to or pressured to make any decision and Joe was very transparent about the cars history. Then after deciding that I wanted the vehicle (which was clean inside and out and mechanically sounds just fine), I told Joe, who took care of all of the financing and paper work while I was at work. After work I drove in and just needed to sign the already printed out documents and then I was on my way in a matter of minutes in my new car with my trade-in taken care of. It was very low hassle and I am very happy with the car, the price, my old cars trade-in value and my financing that Joe quickly lined up for me. I definitely recommend AC Motors Maple Plain and Joe.

Never again. Bought a 2007 Honda Ridgeline from them a couple months ago. Truck has a bad steering rack which is going to cost around $1500 to fix. I have a hard time believing they were unaware of this at time of purchase. Truck is from Canada and the odometer has been changed, under body shows a lot of wear and starting to wonder if the truck actually has 75K miles on it as dealership stated. Mechanic said the steering rack should not go out on a truck with that low of miles. Said thats something you see around 200K miles. Will be doing more investigation into this. i got ripped off, will never buy from here again and will let others know of my situation.

Today we purchased a great truck at a fair price from the Crystal location; Ive written a review for Brad at Crystal (excellent) but I also wanted to thank Joe from the Maple Plain location because he very quickly responded to all our questions (online) and helped us determine that the vehicle that most suited our needs was actually at a different lot. So he contacted them and that is where we ended up buying our vehicle. We will definitely recommend this dealership to others.

They sold me a 2003 CTS cadillac 7-1-2017 I go home 15 miles away a crack radiator I call them right away and they tell me nothing we will do for you because of no warranty. I asked can you at least help with the cost he started laughing saying no. The call went no were. This place is horrible no one buy from these snakes. I am going to the Attorney General and BBB.

Researched the car(Volvo s80) on internet and bought it after 15 min conversation with joe and a test ride, 14 months later, car has no issues and I really feel better about this purchase than my first car which I bought from a "big dealer" for a relatively higher price. Car buying was a pleasant experience at AC motors Bloomington.

Wide variety of decent looking used cars. Tried to low ball my trade in though, giving me a list of everything they thought was wrong even though I had had it in the shop a couple of months ago. One thing legitimate. Being female, I am sensitive to the high BS factors in shopping for a car alone!

Bought a 04 silverado couple months ago nothing but issues intake gasket leak now realizing water leaks in to truck pulled back carpet and floor has a ton of surface rust the dolled up a truck with issues and sold it for price of one in mint shape with no issues do not recommend.
