I found myself in a situation where the type of car I knew, loved and drove for over 20 years was no longer in production. I had NO IDEA where to start in choosing a vehicle that would compare to what I had and would also offer a few other features. I started to shop online and price compare and noticed that Alliance always kept showing up as having the greatest prices on nearly identical (or better) vehicles that were offered at other dealerships. Because I had read so many great reviews about, and even my Credit Union recommended shopping at Alliance, I contacted them. I received a response from Dave and he was absolutely wonderful! I can honestly say that I have NEVER met a car salesperson who was so much about helping ME! I wrote a several times asking about different types of cars, features, size, ride, engine responsiveness, etc - you name it, I probably asked! I was so clueless about any other cars out there. But Dave responded to each of my emails in a very timely manner. He was very helpful, kind and generous with his complete, thorough and knowledgeable answers to ALL my questions. During these exchanges I always felt that he truly wanted to help me find the right vehicle for me - and NEVER, EVER did I feel like he was pushing or hungry for a sale! That was SO refreshing! Another great thing I sensed from him, is that he was not BIASED towards one make or another - or those with the highest price! As it was, I ended up not purchasing a vehicle from Alliance, but wish that I could have! When I need another vehicle, I WILL shop Alliance again and in the meantime, I will HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!

Had purchased a car previously from them and it went well. Second time, not so well. I decided to postpone my car purchase after I believed to have put a $200 "hold" on a vehicle, only to find out that it was nonrefundable. I have never put money down as a "hold" that wasnt refundable. They were not explicit on this, only stating, "You were told it was nonrefundable". I dont believe I was. They claimed that they wouldnt be able to rent the car while I had it on hold. Again, I wasnt told this. I believed my hold was for them not to sell the car, like other dealers, but it could be rented. As a returning customer, I expected to be treated better. I hope the $200 is worth the cars I would have probably bought from them every 2-3 years. Very short-sighted IMHO.

Terrible. Set up an "Appointment", week and a half in advance, to look at a few vehicles. Was told I would receive a call from the manager to confirm. After about three days of no call, I give them a call back. I am told they have ONE of the vehicles and are still working on getting the others. I let them know that its fine, I was just calling to confirm my appointment. So five days later, I arrive, they tell me they do not have ANY of the vehicles i requested and that it was my fault for not confirming my appointment. Even though I have now called this company twice to confirm my appointment well in advance. Thanks for the waste of time.

Customer service given at Alliance was outstanding. Dealer was very personable. It was obvious that they have their customers best interest in mind and were honest. No fluffs or buffs and made sure things were in good condition. They were willing to listen to customers opinions and requests, and provided services needed such as flushing transmission fluid when needed, and even finding information about best places to finance. As for the car itself.. its been a day, and is great so far...! and I hope it stays that way :)

I purchased a Kia Spectra from Alliance. I had a very personable young man help me in identifying which car was the best value for my situation. The car I chose has been a good one for me. I highly recommend Alliance because of their personal care with each customer and not having to deal with the routine of checking with the manager to get the price right where you want it. Here you just hear the price upfront and no hassels at all. Try it, Youll like it! :)

Gus helped us find a great car with a great price---2010 Optima; and facilitated the selling of the car we just replaced by listing, pricing and writing a desciption---in addtion to providing a car wash for us!
