If i could put zero stars i would. Ive had nothing but poor customer service from this place. Its unfortunate because i have a huge social media following and word of mouth is huge in this industry. Not only that but they are losing out in reoccurring money, ive been blessed and fortunate enough in life that i find myself buying new cars numerous times a year. I guess i just get bored with what i got. My past experiences here have also been poor at best but i will just share todays experience. I walked in and there were two workers and i was the only customer in sight. One sat on a computer the whole time while the other chit chatted with him. I was hardly greeted.. no smile, no introduction, no handshake. Even after i told them what specific vehicle i was inquiring about all i got was oh yupp its right there. I totally respect the let me take a look at the car without a sales pitch down my neck.. but atleast walk over with me and answer any questions i may have. Which by the way i had quite a few! You expect someone to just pay 35k on a car without asking how many miles? I liked the car, there was some cosmetic issues which is the only thing i was able to look at because i didnt have any customer service. Like can i sit in it? Can i open the door? Can i pop the hood? I mean i did it anyway but professional courtesy is always nice. Would have been nice to hear it start and run. Might have helped sell the car. The cosmetics isnt to big of an issue seeing as ive already decided when i buy a car i will be having it wrapped/painted. Could have discussed price to reflect the damage id have to fix on that front fender to had there been a salesman nearby. I got discouraged pretty fast chilling in the corner alone decided ill just grab a print out (all the cars info and details) and get out of there so i can maybe find a different dealership to goto before it got to late. Went to friendly chevrolet- alot better service, highly recommend. He got my print out pretty fast so i appreciate that, but i asked a question as well and got a pretty condescending approach an a unclarified answer. I tried asking clarifying questions and got no where. The really poor service basically kicked me out the door. Was fully prepared to find some sort of arrangement with them to have the car looked at by a trusted professional. Gladly would have liked to talk about a deposit to put down for them to hold the car, maybe discuss paying a storage fee until all this snow and salt clears so i can drive it out of there. Sadly i wish this was an isolated incident. But ive gone up there a couple times to look at something that has caught my eye, to no avail.

This is for the Blaine Location. When we bought our Minivan last February, we had a great experience. The following week had shown us that the van we had purchased had a lot of cheap cosmetic repairs to make it look better then it was. To give them some credit, it is possible that the last owner had done it when he traded it in, but I honestly doubt that the poorly done repairs would have held up to many test drives. examples: - Leather seat repairs that cracked and flaked off 4 days after we bought it. -Touch up paint on door handles and bumpers flaked off 1 week after we bought it -The cup holders removable cup holders fell off after 2 weeks of normal use. -The buttons on the steering that control the volume and media center came unmounted inside the steering wheel cover. They may or may not have done the cheap repairs to make the van look nicer, but I am of the thinking it was their doing. With the amount of options for used cars in the metro area, this is one that Ill skip in the future. ~Ben

We recently purchased a vehicle from Bedrock Motors in Blaine. It was the best vehicle purchasing experience weve had!!! Kent and Mike were awesome! I highly recommend them! Kent found us the vehicle that would be best for our family, and Mike fought to get us the lowest interest rate on our loan! Well definitely be back!!! After reading a bad review, I have to say, I walked in wearing sweatpants/sweatshirt and hair in a messy bun. I was never judged! I did most of my talking over the phone. If you dont want to "deal" with people on the lot, call them! Theyll talk to you and answer all of your questions! I walked in after about 3 phone calls, took it for a ride, and drove it home the next day! If youre interested or looking....tell them I sent you! Theyll definitely take care of you! BLAINE LOCATION SUCKS. Very Very unprofessional. Went in the look at some cars and one interested me. I was able to drive it, but once i had questions about it, the guy who originally copied my license didnt want to physically come out and answer my questions about the car. So LAZY. So then I decided to look at another car in the mean time. I decided to go back to the first car I was looking at. The guy who assisted me was smoking outside, I asked for the keys again and his comment was "Their inside on the desk" WHAT THE HELL? Who says that. Thats so unprofessional. I will never step foot on this lot again. Theyre all about sitting down and eating or going out and smoking. They dont care about their customers. Theyre fake and very unprofessional. And they sell cars that suck and need work to be done on them.

Purchased a used Suburban (great selection of used Suburbans by the way). Very next day, check engine light came on. Had an appointment already set up with my Chevy dealer to have it looked over, so I had them check it out. Found out that there was a significant engine problem along with a major transmission problem. So why would I give Bedrock motors 5 stars after selling me a vehicle with these issues?Because they handled the problem the way you would hope they would if this happened to you. They took the vehicle and fixed the issues at no cost to me. Not only did they meet my expectations, they exceeded them. I still have the Suburban and it is a great ride. Thank you Allan and the crew.

My salesman was Kent Kotval and he was very courteous and helpful with my purchase of a 2016 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback. The price that I paid was a very fair and reasonable price for a low mileage loaded car. While there, I saw a 2012 low mileage Ford 350 with snow plow. I needed to sell or trade in a Chrysler mini van in order to afford it.Kent worked out a deal that I could not refuse! In addition he fixed me a couple cups of his special blend coffee! I was very happy with my experience with Bedrock Motors and will deal with them in the future when I need a motor vehicle.

The whole experience was great and the employees made the process extremely easy. I was not crazy about what the bank hand offered initially so I had to walk away, the next day I was called by Kent and he told me after I left he continued to work with the bank to get the terms I wanted. I was able to go back and purchase the truck I was looking at. The staff also worked to help find a buyer for my old vehicle because they were not able to give me very much for my trade in. I would recommend getting your next vehicle here.
