So VERY disappointed in this dealership!! They literally took us through the ringer!! I was so nieve to think they actually cared and that Tom was actually doing us a favor. Wrong!!! He sold us a crappy Pontiac that is worth 2000 & we owed still almost 8000!! Ridiculous!! The Kia we bought as well through them well lets just say they failed to mention that who they financed us through doesnt report so forget trying to work on your credit. They never once told me about gap insurance!!! When I went in to try and get out of this mess he tried getting me into something that would have dug me into my dang grave!!! So I left!! I got hosed!! My parents went there before I could say dont they got flipping hosed as well a car that is worth top 13000 sold to them for 20000. Im So disappointed and feel used!! I was able to turn the crap Pontiac in at a friends dealership but like I said 8000 upside down... My payments suck but I have to since all we do is constantly fix the stupid lemon... Please if you go here just be aware and research before you buy. I tried to reach out to them to see if he could help but literally was treated like a dumb dumb and he was trying to get me into something else but wouldnt have helped how bad they effed me. Thanks allot!!! On a side note the only 3 people that were truly nice and cared were Rick, Nicole & Ian.

Recently totaled my 01 Nissan Maxima and came from out-of-state to buy a nearly identical Maxima from them for about $6k. Its a 10-year-old car, so its got a few quirks. It seems to be in better shape than the car that got destroyed, for which insurance gave us $6900, so I think the price was reasonable. The sales guy was fairly new on the job, but very nice and not pushy. (Im a 21-year-old girl, first time buying a car, so a prime target for pushiness.) He good-naturedly tolerated my poor stick-driving skills on the test drive. Ive dealt with other salesmen who like to repeatedly rattle off the features that are displayed on the cars window, but this guy could actually hold a conversation about something other than the car or tell us stuff about the car that wasnt in the ad, which makes for a much more pleasant test-drive. We noticed some clear mystery grease on the underside and couldnt immediately determine the source, and they were able to have one of their technicians take a look at it (and let us - me and two guy friends - look at it). We were unable to figure out what it was or where it came from, but it wasnt coming from the car. They didnt rush me through paperwork and did a good job explaining the title transfer process. Overall good experience, although it appears I am missing the owners manual (forgot to check/ask).

Nice people, nice dealership. Just bought a car from them on 3.17.10 and they promised a detailing of the interior. I scheduled an apt. with them and they turned me away because I was 15 minutes late. I rescheduled again and left my car with them for 5 hours....when I got it back it looked like they didnt do anything at all! So I called back and rescheduled another apt. I told them I wanted the interior to look like the ones on the showroom floor, and I wanted the gross mysterious crust stains on the back seat removed. They promised full detail and shampoo. I left it there for another 5 hrs before I got it back. They removed one stain from the backseat and left the rest un touched. Bottom line, the detail department sucks! They dont vacuum carpets, they leave stains on the seats, crust in the cup holders, and gunk in the coin slots...Im beginning to think the person who did it is either blind or retarded. If I had known this to begin with I would have saved my self some time and bought the car on the showroom floor or...kept shopping around. Dont let them smooth talk you into a free detailing with purchase!

Just like another review written on here. They did a "Construction Sale" sending fliers out claiming you won a prize. I assume all them said you win an I-Pad because my neighbor got the same thing with the same crap key. The flier came with a key saying it might be a chance to win money or a car. I assume it was all a lie so people would come in and sell their info for a 1$. I called and was told I did win the prize in the scratch off and was told go to the dealership to get it when ever, no strings attached. I was already skeptical but hey give it a shot I say. I get there, they ask me a bunch of info (Name, address, phone, age, car, etc.) and after all that I am told I really only won a 1$ coin. Not only did I waste 15 minutes getting there I also lost gas having to make a detour to get back home do to construction. So really I lost money just going there. So because the did a shady scam to get my information and pretty much lied to me about a prize I was told I won they get none of my business and NO stars from me. But because of Google they get a free star. Theres your gold coin.

I tried to buy a vehicle there that they told me had been completely inspected and repaired. On the day I planned to come in and make purchase I took it to a mechanic to be inspected, and found out multiple fluids were leaking underneath the vehicle. it would have costed more to repair the vehicle than what the already steep repair was. the mechanic even showed me the leaks (which were obviously leaking by the liquid that was dripping out). Burnsville Motors lied to me and 3 employees even had the odassity to tell me the mechanic I took it too was lying and there was nothing wrong with the car. when I told them I was no longer interested in the vehicle, and I being 20 years old and a woman, they thought they could threaten me and said I would have to pay $200 for wasting their time. I ignored them, walked out, and have never been back since. ID NEVER EVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!!!

Amazing.... I havent received my vehicle back yet, still being worked on. However Ben in service has been great about communicating status and pricing for all the work I am having done. I had used a well known shop in Eagan off Cliff rd, received terrible service multiple times, terrible pricing, and sub-par workmanship. I say multiple times because I try to give places extra chances to prove their salt, and because of original work wanted follow up work to be covered if it was from negligence. As far as sales go also Amazing I bought our vehicle from Paul and he was very helpful easy going and accommodating with my requests to improve the vehicle before taking delivery. I could keep going on both service and sales how these go take care of you but you really just need to give them a chance to earn your business, I doubt you will be left unsatisfied.

I have been a customer of Burnsville Motors for a long time. I have always received the best customer care, technical and mechanical service I could ever ask for. I never have to worry about whether my Technicians are doing their jobs. And I never have to worry about being over serviced. If it needs to be replaced, they tell me, and if it can make it longer they tell me that also. Nicole, the Service manager, makes you feel like you really are a valued customer. And Ian, The Shop Manager, is the most knowledgeable Service Tech I have ever worked with. And the rest of the Staff is very friendly and always ready to help you with anything you need. If you are looking for good Auto Service, at the right price, I highly recommend Burnsville Motors Sales & Service. Terry Kendall 6/23/2015
