Ive bought multiple ecig supplies from this store. Staff have to call "the boss" and FaceTime him to figure out what they are selling. They sold me 5 coils that didnt work for my ecig. I was told I need to repurchase new ones after returning to the store within 10 min. When they facetimed the boss he told me the tank I bought would work for the ecig I was using, it not only didnt fit on the battery, the level of voltage it needed didnt work on the battery anyways. They use a punch card to get discounts and such on the liquids and when I had 3 punches left I was told it was an old punch card and I had to get a new one and two separate times purchasing liquid they took the card and didnt punch it then handed it back when I asked about it I was told I was lying and couldnt get the discount even though I had receipts from each purchase to prove I had bought more than the two punches on the card and it was the same staff working. When I asked for 6mg liquid one day the staff told me to get it myself while he was looking at his cell phone unlocking the case and gave me attitude I didnt deserve spending over 60 dollars in the store, especially being that he wouldnt give me the deal it displayed on the case for buying 2 bottles of liquid and receiving one for free, saying it was for a different kind of juice even though it had the same name right on the sign. Dont waste your time unless you plan on getting some wraps or something that require no thinking and are inexpensive. There has been 2 times going into this store with one of the younger staff working that were good experiences but I wouldnt advise anyone to go in unless you are knowledgeable on what you are getting or if you are willing to argue with people and I dont plan on ever returning.

I went here for e-cigs and supplies for a while. I had constant problems with coils burning out either very quickly or immediately. When I persisted in trying to find out why, an employee got rude and told me I should go back to cigarettes. I was also frustrated when I would stop at the store and randomly find a "be back in 15 minutes" sign on the locked door. But even if I waited 15 minutes, they were not back. I finally started going to Tobacco Field. After using their e-liquid, I found it had been Downtown Tobaccos e-liquid making my coils burn out. Tobacco Fields customer service is also far superior. Employee Brad is extremely helpful.

TRASHY OWNER LIED TO ME AND TOLD ME THE EJUICE WAS 5 UNITS ON NICOTINE AND IT WHEN I TESTED THE 20 HE HAD I HAD THE SAME REACTION EVEN THOUGH I TOLD HIM I DID NOT WANT ANY NICOTINE IN MY E CIG. HE MADE ME BUY ANOTHER BOTTEL . HE MAKES ALL OF THE JUICE IN THE STORE SO YOU DONT KNOW WTH IS IN IT

The NEW owner (3 months now) is very knowledgeable and friendly! Prices are very reasonable especially for a downtown #Northfield business. The products are quality and the tobacco always fresh (cant say that about the other local place). Highly recommended
