The best place in apple valley to get robust cigars, incense, ecig accessories, e-liquid/e-juice, scent diffusers, glass products and humidors with one of the largest cigarette, Zippo and torch lighter selections I have ever seen. The workers are all awesome and very nice. The employees at this location work harder than many other people that I know and I think they are very personable, have great attitudes and deserve a lot of respect for all their hard work.

Awful customer service. Guy made negative remarks about pulling out a tray of glass to see the selection closer, then on another occasion, a different guy just walked away without saying anything after he couldnt find the item I asked for. The one guy who does know anything is just impolite and mumbles everything. They do have an amazing selection which is the only reason I gave it anything above 1 star. I wont ever go back though.

Some of the best customer service Ive ever experienced. They have a pretty wide selection of glass, most of which is good quality but also affordable. Most "water pipes" are gonna fall in the $100-300 range. Their unique Seven Heavens brand e-juice is pretty good, defenitely go with it over the Minnesotas Finest juice they also carry. Great shop. Choose it over Hideaway unless youre looking for really expensive high end glass.

This store is amazing! Been going here for years. Amy (days) always remembers my name and products I buy. She makes a point to ask me how I am every time and in watching she makes every customer feel welcome. Jon, Jack and Rob are the most knowledgeable employees that take the time to explain things down to every last detail. I look forward to going every time. Awesome products too. Hands down a "must" visit!

Wouldnt be a bad store, but the woman working was so stoned she couldnt help at all, she couldnt make a complete sentence. I understand you sell "water" bowls, but come on, employees shouldnt sample the merchandise. Horrible, will not go back.
