Amazing . not your normal smoke shop where they just sell you something, they genuinely want to see you happy with what youre buying. They take the time to make sure youre educated on what youre buying, they took the time to completely clean and fix the ecig tanks i brought in, gave me new coils and some fantastic ejuice, set me up with better batteries and let me know the batteries i did have were not safe to use. Great atmosphere, great prices, great service. I will recommend this place time and time again to anyone who asks .

Not a bad place until you have a problem....they want nothing to do with you if you have a problem with any of the products they sell. I spent close to a $1000 in the shop and I have one problem and they would not even discuss a resolution beyond "get a new one" and pay full price. The Ecig i got was defective and they would not exchange it or return it. I dont think i should have to spend another $75 to find out if that one works!

Didnt answer the phones. They dont know the 1st thing about vaping, theyre vape gear is 2 years out of date and they charged me 50 bucks for a 28 dollar vape

Only open till 5 on Sunday..Saturday, they were not open after 8 am.. They need to be truthful about their hours.. Wasting my time going there..

Never had a problem here. But Im not a vaper. Tobacco prices are fair. I bought a glass piece over 3 years ago, and its still in one peice.
