DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE USELESS ! Horrible customer service.... the employee that is Asian was completely rude, he purposely sounded annoyed because he had NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT! I asked him about my battery or the battery that I wanted to purchase would work with my device he had no clue and answered in a rude way I have no idea those exact words. And when I was excited to see that they had an old perv are in stock I said, oh you have the old provide 255 stock, and he replied I dont know.... I guess said he probably has to sit around all day watching TV working hard at the least he could do was be baseline respectful. I told him that I had to send it in my devices because of a malfunction and I asked if he knew if the battery that I purchased a year ago from the store that they offer had anything to do with the malfunction and he said I dont know but if you put the battery in the device and a blowjob doesnt work youre paying for it. Do not I repeat do not go here these guys dont know nothing about he said when we have a signal my blowing up in peoples faces, Alicia could do is care about his customers even if his shop is doing well financially, he obviously doesnt know how to deal with customers because he was defensive and I was in the fountains at all or blaming him for anything in fact it was the opposite. The only bonus store and thats the only reason why I drove here

I very much enjoy shopping at one stop. They have a great selection of juices and everything vape related from begginer kits to extreme luxurious mods. Matt, Ryan, and Scotty have always treated me with respect from day 1. Just the other day I had a problem with a piece I had bought there. I brought it in after hrs 9-10p.m. to see how they could help me. I left the store unsatisfied... 4 mins later Scotty called me up and said to come back because he called the owner of the establishment and explained the situation. They replaced the unit even tho they didnt have to per their return policy. Thank you ONE STOP VAPE SHOP for over a year of fantastic service! See yall soon!

Nice shop, clean, big. Fair pricing. I was going in to get something to hold me down until my customs came in the mail. The woman who helped me was friendly she did seem a little rushing of me but I didnt really care I was in and out. There was a large group of people when we came in but the man didnt even look at us when we came in. He didnt say hello someone will be with you shortly or anything. We were about to leave when the woman came out to help us. Overall it was fine, would recommend it if you simply have no where else to go otherwise Im not going back.

Terrible customer service. Been here three times. Walked out dissapointed all three times. The vape community is supposed to be just that; communal. These guys dont want to help you find exactly what youre looking for. They seem more interested in getting you out of their shop. I felt like i was fighting just to get the guy to focus on me and what i was looking for.

Ive been here a 3 times, its nice, clean. I was in recently during the day and the guy working was really short with me. I came in for coils and juice, and had I not needed the coils, I would have went elsewhere. I was the only customer and he was just standing around when I came in. Im not sure what his deal was. The evening staff is much more nice and friendly.

I have been going to this shop since I knew it was close to home early last year. Wide variety of everything from tanks, mods, and juice. I always get helped by one of their staff members named Scotty, who is always knowledgeable, helpful, and always recommends new products. All in all, great spot, great products, and helpful staff. Definitely hit them up!

Staff was extremely helpful and considerate, accidentally sent me home with the wrong juice and I opened it, and they still let me go back in and trade it for the correct one (even though they have a no return or exchange policy). Super great staff! Took extra time to help me pick out the correct kind of tank and battery

I spent 30 dollars on a bad attitude, some ejuice, and coils that turned out to be the wrong kind for my vaporizer. I dont even want to go back to get my money back. Ecig crib in uptown is much father away but better service and doesnt make me feel like an idiot.

Asian Guy on the counter was rude. Worst customer service for a vape shop. Price on tanks and mods are okay. Juice are expensive , but that doesnt really matter. The guy is just rude as hell. May never comeback there ever
