Go to Hideaway Outlet on Cr BLVD by Mercy hospital. I had an issue where i bought a waterpipe. halfway home i noticed the bowl had a hairline crack. Not a problem, the bowl was not needed, only interested in the rig. I get home and filled a cup with water and poured into the waterpipe. I Noticed water drippinging out of the glass. No cracks but looked liked two pieces put together and it was leaking where they connected. Immediately drive back to this shop where the middle aged lady working accused us of damaging the item because they test everything first and she examined it before she sold it. The whole time blaming us. She couldnt have inspected it because She was talking to someone else during the transaction and not paying attention to puting a 12" waterpipe into just a plastic grocery bag. Still doesnt explain why the water leaked. And while she was yelling at us for this being our fault she was flailing her arms in all directions. Ooops she dropped the bowl and it broke. She treated customers terrible. Picture posted is the thickness of the bottom of a rig purchased a couple months ago that broke. I went here, spent the last of my money to replace a birthday waterpipe for someone that had broken bc it was so thin (coincidentally, that i bought here a month ago...) I got home and it didne hold water, as a waterpipe should... I immediately brought it back and before i even could say a word this chick says "oh you break already??" Um no lady, you sold me a broken ass pipe... Which is fine if you replace it and we all go on our way, but this lady just kept calling me a liar and saying im lucky the owner isnt here. She broke the pipe again that i brought back bc she was flailing about, and not until then did she give me something else to use, shood me away and wouldnt even give me a bag so i had to carry a water pipe out of the building as a mother and child gawked at me. Later that day i found the hideaway outlet down the road ;) best shop out there

Been going here for a year or so and have been patient with their high & mighty arrogance and non knowledge of products. Spend about $300.00 a month here. Today (5:30pm) the staff person was uninterested in helping me pick out a pipe, I think he said four words to me the entire 8 minutes I tried to figure out what I wanted. The three questions I asked all were met with silence or a slight under breath grunt. I left because of lack of help and enthusiasm not to mention knowledge and purchased my tobacco and pipe(s) at another shop down the street.

I never write reviews but I felt that I needed to speak of my great experience at this store! First of all this store has the best selection that I have seen and the most knowledgeable and helpful Staff. They knew their products inside out and were very helpful when I was trying to pick what I wanted. I was very impressed with their customer service and their patience!!! Unlike the store across the street, where they dont know what they even have!! I highly recommend shopping for your tobacco products @ Coon Rapids Tobacco ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/5 Stars! I called in 5 minutes before close seeing if they could stay open till I got there. The gentleman said he would stay as long as it took me till I got up there no worries. He waited for me and after checking my ID called me by my first name till the last goodbyes. I go in their frequently and he still remembers me and same with other employees. Not many business around today like this that will stay open after you call and ask! Will forever have my business!

Wonderful store, my dad and I come here for there great selection of cigars. The cigars are always good quality, stored in a nice humidor room. Extremely friendly staff, always helpful and will also just let you browse around the Store if you dont quite know what youre looking for. In my opinion its the only tobacco store in Coon rapids worth going to. 5/5 stars every time!

Really friendly staff. Ive been to some smoke shops where the people who run it are scary, but these guys at Coon Rapids Tobacco greet you with a smile and are very genuine. I like to smoke the occasional cigar and they helped me pick out some really tasty, fresh ones for a couple weekends I spent out of town. It was a really nice shop.

Staff is unknowledgeable about their merchandise . While trying to make an exchange the owner ripped a lower price tag off of the vaporizer and sold it to me for 13 dollars higher but gave me a third heating coil priced at $5 for free . This is very poor service and would suggest no one go to this shop. Owner is confrontational.

Ok selection Ok price. I recently purchased a Hoyo de Monterrey Excaliber from them, but did not notice until I got home that it had Tobacco Beetles. I know it didnt come from me because I have no humidor and only buy a few at a time, as well as the fact that I only had it for ~ 1 day. Probably will not shop there again.

So far this is the best place shop I have found. Lots of variety of juices that have high VG and also PG. costumer service is great I always feel welcomed and if I have questions they can always help out.

Coon rapids tobaccos humidor has produced more mold then any humidor in my experience I have bought cigars from them at least twice and they are covered in mold do not buy from them it is not worth it
