Horrible shop. Accused me of stealing. Locked me in store. I voluntarily emptied out my pockets for him, and when I saw I in fact DIDNT take anything, threatened my boyfriend, got IN HIS FACE, and STILL WOULDNT LET US LEAVE. I then had to call the police, and the police didnt even watch the FULL VIDEO TAPE. I told them to PAT ME DOWN, then they said I "mustve taken it out" so I told them to WATCH ALL OF THE CAMERAS, and told me to SHUT UP. I will be filing a HARASSMENT CHARGE. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE RUDE SERVICE, BE TREATED LIKE GARBAGE, HUMILIATED, AND BE TREATED LIKE YOU ARENT A HUMAN BEING. IF I COULD RATE IT AS NEGATIVE FIVE STARS I WOULD. This place needs ALL NEW EMPLOYEES.

I originally found this store to purchase E-Liquid for my Blu cartridges. The guy behind the counter showed me a much better option for vaping called the Ego-T and I never looked back. My dad and I both purchased one and I was hooked. I actually got a bad battery, and they exchanged it no questions asked. They have very decent prices, even compared to online vapor stores (which is unheard of). They sell everything you need, are honest and friendly, and make purchasing what you need a pleasant experience. This is my favorite store and I love shopping here. Thanks again guys!!!

The staff is very helpful and they have great knowledge of ecig machines. Im new to vaping, and they helped me find something in my price range that I would like and showed me how to prepare and maintain it for maximum life. Months later Im still using the original coil and the vape is performing wonderfully. Ive come here for tobacco and cigars in the past. The owner was quick to offer me discounts for repeat business and is very professional as a salesman and store owner. This is my one and only source for premium smokes.

I had a great experience when I visited theM for my first e-cigarette. They have a full selection, explain all there is to know about the e-cigs, and are welcoming and professional. I wasnt planning on buying that day but with the opportunity to sample a few different flavors and the pricing being better than I expected I couldnt say no. FYI - If youre looking for an e-cig, stay away from online sites and stop by this place! Theres more to it than you think.

Best Smoke Shop south of the river. They have a huge E - cig selection not only do they carry a lot of different brands of E- juice ,but I know a couple brands are created locally which I support small business thats why I shop here to begin with. Their customer service is friendly non judgemental and refreshing to be greeted with a smile. Also a lot of smoking accessories from cigars to lighters to glass pipes and a really nice selection of zipos.

The owner is disrespectful and allows his employees to intimidate customers. I wanted to exchange a dry bag of tobacco and almost got into a physical altercation due to management. The boss couldnt even get Sammy to shut up. I also called to tell them that its BS to wait for the boss to do an exchange and the Boss started swearing at me... This place sucks. Ill drive to Apple Valley from now on.

I have tried several tobacco stores in the area and this is by far my favorite, staff is friendly and helpful, great selection and they actually listen to your opinion. I ask for a suggestion and they listen when i say i dont want the one they are showing me, unlike some of the store i have tried that try and push a product on you.

VIOLATES PEOPLES RIGHTS, make FALSE accusations of shoplifting. People are locked in the store that didnt take anything. A person other then the one accused was THREATENED and the clerk was INCHES away from someones face. But that is ok. NO PROOF of any shoplifting. Take your business elsewhere.

Nice, comfortable place to shop for Cigars and Cigar accessories. The store manager took good care of me, he was nice and very helpful. The cigar selection is huge and the accessories selection is not bad either. I recommend this place for all tobacco needs.

One of the owners is a total A-hole. I think the younger one. I dont know which Middle Eastern country he is from but Ive met very nice and friendly Arabs and he gives Arabs a bad name. Too bad he was let into this country. Serious DICK.
