Ive been a customer of GM Tobacco for many years and after being denied a purchase Ive made countless times, they lost my business. As an individual who provides consistent and exceptional service myself, todays unfortunate treatment reminds me of why I do what I do in order to retain business. GM, it was great while it lasted, but unfortunately, I will no longer spend my money with your business. In the future, be mindful in knowing that one bad experience can lose a customer forever. Truly, what a shame.

Not sure whats up with the negative reviews.. i have been in here maybe 10 time for electronic cigarette things and the staff has always been helpful. always asked if i need help finding anything, etc. I have had no bad experiences here. The only "bad thing" is the prices, its much cheaper online, but im sure that is how all stores are with tobacco products. Its nice to have this store right down the street if i need something and dont want to wait a week for shipping. I will continue going there

Staff was very anxious to help. Theyve got a very large electronic cigarette selection (both disposable and the good ones), and even quite a few flavors that you can try in the store. I was there on 5/30/13 and was told more than 100 new flavors of e-liquid would be in stock within the next week or two. Thats on top of the 15 - 20 that they already have. This is my new go-to spot for e-cig supplies.

Always friendly to me. I only go in there for cigarettes so I dont spend ALOT of time in there but Im always helped with a smile. Sometimes I have my 10 year old child with me and since you cant bring children into the store I leave him right outside the door. They will make sure I get in and out as fast as possible. I REALLY APPRECIATE THAT!!!

they know how to treat thier regular customers very well. i get all my vape supplies here. additionally, they have a refill service of in house juice thats only 5 bucks for a 15ml and its great stuff. great prices , and great customer service. highly recommended.

I have always had good luck. I am disappointed that they seem to be getting rid of their Holy Smoke oil. They say they can mix it up for you but it isnt close to the real thing. BRING BACK HOLY SMOKE.

I called to ask a question about cigars before I stopped by. The guy on the phone sounded drunk, and mumbled that I would have to come in to the store. I cant believe this business in surviving.
