I politely asked a sales associate where the restroom was located and got the following reply with an unnecessary amount of attitude, "we dont have one!"...then a little smerck. Alright, I get that you dont want non-customers coming off the street to use your restroom (which Im sure you have), but to give your clients attitude and disrespectful looks when they ask a simple, standard question is extremely rude. Hopefully the owner of this store sees this and realizes how their employees act. I was truly shocked! The store puts on an image that they are alternative and hippy-esque, but the clothes are mainstream and predictable. If you cant differentiate your store by your clothes, you can at least try with your service. Extremely disappointed and will not give a company like this my purchase power.

Maybe Im just old (I am) or maybe Im just too fat (again, I am) but, in my fat and old opinion, this place makes it clear that "cool" clothes are no longer being offered in human-being sizes. XL=M, L=S and it gets into baby gap sizes fairly quickly after that. If youre not 16, or trying desperately to be cool, give it a pass. Shame tho, because some of the styles are genuinely neat.

The clothes are amazing and are constantly updated. The books at the front of the store are great for distracting my fiance while I shop. I couldnt say anything about urban outfitters without mentioning the service. They are great at helping me find great new clothes and directing me to their sale items.

Nice clothing with good quality and solid prices. I wouldnt recommend buying anything here except for the clothing. Multiple of the items like Bluetooth speakers and headphones just fall apart. Other than that, funny and comical designs on the shirts make it one of my favorite places to shop.

Living in Uptown, I absolutely love this store. Out of all of the stores I have been too, they have the most clothing. The employees are very nice and helpful, and this store also has the most variation in the items they sell.

Friendly employees hawk overpriced hipster garb and decor. If thats your scene, then this will be heaven, if its not, then just walk by and check out somewhere else.
