Id rather go without than shop here. There are no sales staff to assist customers. I was here for about an hour an saw exactly 1 sales associate on the floor, minus the people manning the registers. While I was at this location, they are in the process of remodeling, so the store is a mess and kind of dirty. I wanted to try on a couple swim suits, but the ink tags were attached in such a way that it was impossible. The ink tags were holding the top and bottom peices together. I wandered around the store for about 5 minutes to locate someone to assist me and finally managed to find a sales associate not on the registers (the checkout lines were epic, so I didnt want to wait just to ask about the ink tags). I chased him to the registers, then waited till he was done helping them for another 5 minutes, then had to chase him again, while hollering across the store to get him to stop walking away. I asked him about the ink tags and how I could try on these swim suits and he said that it was "corporate policy" to attach them like that and that he couldnt help me. That he was busy with a layaway item. He also went on to say that I was free to stand in line and have someone at the register remove them so that I could try on the 2 swim suits. I laughed and responded that this was ridiculous. This was the first time Ive been to a Burlington coat factory and I wont be back. This place is a joke. I plan on telling everyone to stay away from this crappy store. There are lots of much nicer places to shop.

Worst store ever. Needs a thorough cleaning, and organizing. I rarely go into the store, but today I wanted to shop for a coat. I know they have a large selection, and fair prices. I found a coat that I liked. Went to the register to pay. I was the second person in the checkout line. The woman in front of me was making a return. The cashier turned to speak to the cashier behind her. I heard her say something about "I will have to call her over." I was thinking she was going to have to call a manager over to assist with the return. Boy, was I wrong! The cashier asked the customer in front of me, to "follow me over to register # such-and-such." The cashier then reached up, turned off the light that signals if the register is open or closed, and walked away! She did not say one word to me. Just left me standing there! I picked up my purse from the shopping cart, and walked away. I will NEVER return to that store. Horrible customer service. I am surprised they have been in business as long as they have.

I called to find out about the store hours and did not know this was such a complicated question! The girl on the phone said she had no idea. I asked to talk to a manager on duty and she said that she is sitting right next to me and she has no idea either! I heard the manager say to the girl on the phone that if I wanted to know so badly then put me on hold and she would go in back and check. I felt like I was bothering them. It was a horrible customer service experience and made that store seem pretty awful. I am not sure if I care what time that store opens anymore, as I may not be going there! Not professional at all! I hope that was not the highest manager at that location- else this place may be a huge umprofessional dump!

They are in the middle of a remodel but its really really messy. Then at check out after i got called to register i walked up and the cashier said hi grab one shirt of the hanger then set it back down, grabbed n ate a couple fruit snacks then took out his phone for a minute to look at a text and then text back before he continued checking me out.. along with 15+ other people in line waiting.

The employees are bad! They were discriminating agenst me. They would not sell me a stroller that they put a price tag on because I am from Europe. They lost a paying costumer.... and there was 4 people who budged in frunt of me in line because the store only had 1 register open...

They are currently remodeling the store and half of the store is closed off. Theres limited selection and not a lot of staff on hand. Id probably go to the one in St Louis Park.
