Ive shopped Ross stores all over and our store in Springfield, MO is sadly the most unfriendly, badly stocked in the chain. Customer service is horrible. Not only did we suffer while waiting to check out because there are never enough cashiers we also had to endure the cashiers gossiping about customers ahead of us! The cashiers were sounding off about customers in front of other customers! It was like an episode of the soup Nazi on Seinfield! Its the normal, too. This wasnt a random experience & it did not happen during the Holidays. PLEASE corporate give us great Ross deals & the decent customer service. Thank you!!!!

Same items as other discount stores nearby, but the shelves and racks are usually a mess. The store is not kept well and items are often scattered in other places. The kitchen department usually has a lower selection than other stores. The lighting and size of the store also make browsing an unpleasant experience, but if youre determined, you can find some good deals, especially if youre trying to complete a set or find something in a different size that you saw in TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

The selection was ok but when my pregnant wife went to the fitting rooms, the lady operating it was very rude to my wife. She was almost hateful to her about the procedure for using a fitting room. She made my wife very upset (me too) because she had such a better-than-you attitude. This attitude really has no place in customer service. We will not be returning.

They have really cute and cheap clothes, but when I went to try them on. The lady "Mary" working the fitting rooms was very rude. She cussed out a very pregnant women for not putting the clothes back properly on the hangers and then proceeded to call a woman a skank for the clothes she picked out.

Great deals , quality items. I shop here a lot. I only wish the store was more organized and things not scattered everywhere at times. Seems like more room is needed ,also some of the floor employees lack in helping and CS. Other than that the prices and quality keep me coming back.

Very busy store but the cashiers were giving everyone good customer service. I know they had to be tired from just standing there ringing up one after another. Needs a little improvement on toy and rug isles. Felt like I was digging at a yard sale. Finally gave up.

Store was good until I wanted to try on clothes. Then I discovered men, women, and those confused by who they are all use the same dressing room. I was extremely uncomfortable and will have to reconsider if a low price is worth the discomfort I feel.

Miserable, unfriendly staff. The dressing rooms are dark and the staff makes it clear they think everyone is a thief. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the large dress selection, most of which has low or reasonable price tags.

As Ross stores go, this one ranks excellently. Stock rotates frequently, the store is kept clean and tidy, and is rarely crowded. One of the few places in town I can find shoes that fit me.
