I walked in and started walking around looking at makeup for about 8 mins and not a single person asked me if I needed help. Its not a big shop and there where workers werent even with other customers. Finally someone asked if was being helped and I told I wasnt. She seemed a like shock, but as she was helping me you can tell she didnt want to help me and she was being kinda rude to me.. Im probably not going back to this mac store again.

June 2nd 2016 was the day of my Graduation, I Had a private session with one of the makeup artist. Let me tell you HUNTY, she SLAAAAYED my makeup. I showed her a picture off google of what I wanted and it came out exactly the way I wanted it to be. Excellent service and great communication! I will definitely recommend coming here! Thank you MAC UPTOWN!

I travel from a distance to visit this store particularly. Great customer service! Often filled with window shoppers and for someone who is serious about the product and updates this can be distracting for the shopper (me) & the artists! Oh well! I always leave with way more products than I had planned!!

I have been to this MAC location a few times before, and they continue to provide excellent service, and make each person feel valued as a customer. I went in to replace some products, and had Sam help me. She was wonderful, and helped me find what I needed. I would definitely recommend this location.

I went in to get new lip sticks for the new year. On NYE its of coarse busy, but everyone in the store acknowledged that you were a valuable customer. Love this place.
