At first I was a little weary from the poor customer service but after a while they really did try to help me which makes me think it was just a little hiccup, since the place did seem extremely busy and I just walked in with no appointment. And in a hurry to get somewhere. I got my eyebrows done and loved them! I usually get them threaded but she shaped and waxed them to perfection! I felt like I was paying for a quality service and that turned out to be great! I was a tad bit frustrated at the salon there for a second because the senior designer refused to do my hair for the first - timer $30 deal.(She wasnt even doing anything) but another designer did it (Doreen)? If thats how you spell it did an AMAZING job! I usually hate getting my hair cut because they never do what I want but she absolutely KILLED IT (as in she did a fantastic job) Best hair cut I have ever received. I am so in love with it. Next time you think about getting your hair cut an styled ask for her! I feel great now thanks ladies for taking care of me last minute!

First time dying my hair. Going dark black/brown to a dark red. I could not tell the red was in my hair but it was there. (tip: go a shade lighter) than what you want. The first lady to do the initial coloring told me Id need it redone in 4 months. I went back to get it a lighter red (what I thought I was getting). The second lady said Id need to come back in 2 months. The second job did make my hair lighter but it also made it half red, half orange. The orange did wash out but now its a strange mixture of reds with some blond spots. As a person new to hair coloring, I would have liked a little more explanation as to what color to pick and the after effects. I did not like getting the surprise that the dye would rinse out the first few days. Or, according to the second lady, the first week. So confusing.

My experience with Ulta was with an employee, not the store itself. An Ulta employee wearing her name tag from the Merle Hay Mall came into my workplace (a Starbucks in the mall) and proceeded to be very difficult to deal with when she couldnt use a coupon she didnt have in the first place. When offered a different drink, she was very impatient and critical. She felt the need to tell us how to do our job. she was very rude. She was representing her company a very bad light!

Was in there for half an hour. Workers were all up front, chatting. When they came around they avoided customers. I finally went up to ask a question and they said we dont have that. And didnt help me or refer me to anything similar. Found what I needed at Sephora, they were much more helpful

My wife walked up to one of the employees to try a different makeup selection. We were told to wait there and she would be back to help us in a few minutes. Half hour later of watching her stand around and talk to another employee we finally left. Horrible customer service.

I went to the brow bar here and the lady completely messed up my eyebrows. First off the wax ripped off my skin, then my eyebrows are extremely uneven in thickness and length, and to top it all off I spent $26. Definitely will not go back.
