I honestly hate to give bad reviews. But my experience at this Sephora location was just not that great. I have been in to this location twice now. The first time. They were out of EVERYTHING I came in for. I wish that was an exaggeration but I had a list of about 6 items I wanted to stock up on and they did not have even one of those items in stock. But I understand they cant control when their inventory comes and the sales girl was so nice that it made the experience pretty pleasant. My second experience at this location however was the reason for this bad review. The two sales girls working were in my opinion pretty rude. They were more interested in talking to each other and putting away inventory then they were in servicing customers. I understand inventory has to be put away and no one wants to stay late at their job to get it done. But I was looking for a new product and when I go into Sephora I always love to get the sales associates opinion on what brands they love and what not. These girls blew me off multiple times so I finally picked a product and stood in the line to check out. The one sales associate came over and asked if I was doing ok. To which I replied "yep, Im ready to check out". She seemed less than thrilled to have to stop doing inventory to check me out, in fact she did not stop at all but rather tried to multi task by not looking at me the entire time I was checking out. She first asked if I had Sephora rewards (I had my card sitting on the counter 6 inches from her face). I said "yep". Then without looking up she asked if I had it with me, "yep its right here on the counter". She took it and then without even telling me my purchase total and still not looking up from the inventory box on the ground asked me to insert or swipe my card. I did and she quickly bagged my item and handed it to me and went back to the inventory. It all just rubbed me the wrong way. I feel like when I go into Sephora I usually always have a great experience. The staff is usually so friendly and outgoing and willing to help and this was just not the case here. May not be a deal breaker for many people but I think Ill try to stick to other locations if possible from now on!

This is the worst Sephora in the City. The staff is rude and the General Manager of JcPenney, his name is Chuck simply does not care about Customer Satisfaction. The manager of Sephora was nicer but did not follow up on a complaint. I was told she would call me back but didnt. I dont recommend Sephora in general and I do not recommend JcPenney. Not only do their stores and customer service suck but Corporate sucks as well and do not care one bit about their customers. They will be totally out of business soon because their merchandise is sub-par as well

The customer service here is horrible ...the first associate at the cashier was not able to respond to my inquiry and said she didnt even work in that department ; the associate that followed had some sort of attitude while checking me out, quite unfortunate .

The staff is super but they are out of stock on many items all of the time. The staff apologizes and says they have no control over incoming stock.

Andrea and Vicky were very helpful on separate occasions. I have to agree with another review that they are often out of products.

I literally never get service when I go here. I am ignored until I reach out to an associate.
