While there have been minor annoyances with some visits, I really love the quality of the products and the experience of getting to smell and feel the products before buying. Ive never bought a product I didnt love. I had a particularly great experience last time I was there when two of the sales reps saw me pick up the Salt Scrub and asked me what I was trying to accomplish. They immediately suggested the Dark Angel face scrub and I am absolutely in love with it. I rave about it to my friends and family. I also love the heart-shaped vanilla cocoa massage bar. The smell is so good its intoxicating. I wish I could buy a candle in it. Minor annoyances, the store is small and if youre there on a busy day it can be overwhelming trying to get to the products. There are some sales staff that can intuitively pick up on a customer not wanting help and there are some that dog you while you move through the store.

I really love Lush, not so much this location. Its very small with usually about 6 works standing at every corner. They seem really nice, I just wish they wouldnt hover you and ask a million questions. "have you been to Lush before?" "whats your favorite product" "have you tried this or this or this" "tell me, whats your favorite thing about this product" The questions are ENDLESS. My mom and I were just trying to smell a couple things without getting asked a million questions, the guy practically followed us around the store. I get its their job, but if I said Ive already been here then just let us look in peace. We left the store and I didnt buy anything. Im not sure if I really want to return to this location or just stick to online..

I have been here a few times. Recently I went in for two face masks. The lady who helped me was very nice and very educated about the products. The most recent visit I came in for a couple more products. I got a sample of one (not a very ample amount), but the ladies were very nice.

Staff is pushy and dont let you look around without talking about everything you touch. Some items smell decent, like the bath bombs a lot.
