LOVELY WOMAN
Although I love MAC, the customer service at this location is terrible. I spend an excessive amount of money there to be treated poorly. I dont know if this is the way that MAC likes to portray themselves. I went to the newer one, the customer service is poor there to. I spoke with management.... his question is why do I continue to shop there???? Wrong question in my opinion, I do believe my money is partially the reason you are employed with the company. Honestly, he couldnt ask a better question, I have decided that Sephora and Ulta are my new best friends. Thanks for the encouragement to move on.
