The Manager/Supervisor was so IGNORANT, along with its employees, when had I asked about a color correction, which they did not have any part of, and had the audacity to have a conversation ALOUD so I and others can hear. Despite my issue, their personal conversation regarding other things were QUIET and not made obvious for everyone to hear. For what reasons was that even necessary if your employee did not put the foundation on me nor did she made any suggestion for the fact that I literally just walked in the store? Unfortunately, still, the employees unprofessionalism were incorrect on the color as if she knew what she was doing, because it was more than 10 shades of a difference than what she had an opinion for me of months before. I am Highly upset at the profession and customer service provided at this place (manager and employee wise.) They were communicating amongst theirselves, walkie talkie wise, and were UNPROFESSIONAL in every manner possible. I am going back to the store tomorrow to return all that was purchase and will be waiting for a response from HQ in regards to any action regarding the Ridgedale Manager and Employee for my inconvenience. Keep in mind workers, youre not a license beauty advisor. Just because you work there doesnt mean you know what youre doing. Sorry Im not the one paying you for your work so you feel the need to be an obnoxious worker to your customers.

These girls are outright disgusting with their attitudes. You really arent a professional. Though I may have a few questions, its not a conclusion that I dont know what Im doing, lmfaoo. You dont have to stand there and act like youre the expert. Lets face it, none of you are. Those fake high pitch greetings. Stop it. This store has a distasteful environment. Once I get names Ill post who those disrespectful workers on here. Such a shame to have such people represent a beauty store.

Horrible customer service, workers are unattentive when I had a question concerning foundation. The terrible manager even walked over to the African American girl and asked her why I had even asked her a question and then started talking loudly about me. Thanks for being the reason why people hate this Sephora location. What a low life manager.

Walked in, walked all the way to the back to the store, all the way back up to the front, stopped and looked at many items all the way. No greeting. No help. Meanwhile multiple sales people stood around and ignored me. This is not like past experiences at this and other Sephora locations. Very disappointing.

These ladies are amazing. KT is always very helpful and patient when I have nonidea what I even want or need. Today she supplied me with a new face regimen sample kit and Faduma helped me pick the perfect cheek palette and Dee checked me out with all my goodies. Thank you ladies!
