Theres definitely something for everyone at Glam Doll. Ive visited both locations and prefer this one because its got a better view out the windows and is a little more open. The staff at both locations was great to work with. I had a mocha at Nicollet and it was fine. We tried two of the cruller-style donuts, the Pucker Up and the Flirty Frenchie, both of which had a lovely texture and flavor - not too sweet, and the flavors really come through. We also had the "hot and heavy" Girl Next Door (the one with the bacon) and that was really something! The sweet and savory flavors work well together, although I wouldve liked more filling. The Mrs. Cleaver was the last donut we tried, and that one was just too much. The donut was very dense, and the cookie dough icing in the middle was quite sweet but didnt have much flavor for me. Glam Doll is on the list of some of the best donut shops in the Twin Cities, and rightfully so.

A donut shop in the Twin Cities is elusive, very much a goose in a grey duck world, but finally Glam Doll Donuts brings a very much missing piece to the Northeast community. Wonderful donuts, great coffee, solid selection of local beer, and a perfectly unique and fun atmosphere. Its a bit pricey, but in line with the area, and good value given the quality. If youre in need of a donut in this neck of the woods, you really dont have any other options, but go ahead and join the hipsters, teenie boppers, business suits and older locals that fill this place and youll be quite content.

I love the original shop and I ADORE the new one!!! The donuts are the BEST and theyve even got new ones! A little pricey, but definitely good quality! The seating area is really cool, with tables and couches available. The staff is amazing and friendly as well! Only bad thing is the parking situation: theres no good lot nearby, and street parking is pretty hit-or-miss in NE. I live nearby, so its not a problem for me, but I know others might have issues.

Glam Doll has a great selection of donuts both plain and extravagant. There is a fair amount of seating at the Northeast location, although it is not set up for larger groups. It offers coffee and juice and it has a fun atmosphere. Personally, I think the raspberry curd filled donut is fantastic. Its sweet, but still has undertones of a tart fruit. If you drive, there is parking in the building that can be accessed from the side street.

Donut quality is probably a 1-star, but they make up for it with a cool atmosphere, great service and creative flavors. Maybe we just got there a bad day but the seven different donuts we had were all very dry. They werent gross, but honestly Super Moms donuts from SA are better quality. I would probably try again if in the area but wouldnt recommend doing a seperate trip like we did.

Ive always loved this place. Its a fun atmosphere with amazing donuts. The new location is top notch. We had the Bellybomb and were too early, but they said theyd turn on the fryer and make them if we were willing to wait. We were so appreciative and bought a bunch of donuts while we waited to bring home. I wish we lived closer, Id go more often. Great place with wonderful people.

The quality isnt very good. The donuts alone dont taste very good and the chocolate tastes cheap. Yes its fun and funky with creative toppings and lots of space. There was a huge line and zero sense of urgency by the checkout woman, she was just staring into space and taking a customer from the end of the line and then the front and then the middle. No need to go back.

We got the mac and cheese donut with the veggie chili. The portions were small, and we should have gotten a sweet donut as a dessert. I would have given this place 5 stars, but the staff wasnt very hospitable when we walked in and needed help. The place wasnt busy while were were there, so I did expect some engagement.

Ordered The Hot Chick which is fried chicken on a glazed waffle. Whats advertised and on display shows you getting 4 chicken tenders on the waffle. We get our order and there are 2 tenders. We talked to management and they acknowledged their mistake and were very apologetic. The donuts are great!

Love this place. Usually frequent the Uptown location. Today it was Central ave due to road construction. Unfortunately, my one-hour roundtrip drive yielded five great Starlets (family) and one Pinup-Girl (me) that tasted decidedly day-old. Totally bummed but Ill be back next Saturday.

Was very excited to try their donuts after browsing for breakfast places online. They have unique options for donuts that you likley wont find elseware, but I wasnt blown away by quality and taste. Kinda disspointed since I drove 35 minutes to try them.

Such a cool donut shop. The vibe and atmosphere are spot on. The donuts are unique and youll want to try every single one. Only downfall is that it can get really busy and they will sometimes not have any tables/chairs available.

This was a really fun place to grab breakfast while on vacation this week. They have a an awesome selection of creative and well executed donuts, a great variety of beverages, and fun decor. The staff was friendly and top notch.

Super cute and comfy. The macncheese donut is an experience. But the last time I was there my strawberry donut was far from fresh. Very far. That was the first time Id experienced that there. So no biggie. Ill be back.

Kind and enthusiastic staff. Gorgeous decor, clean bathrooms, unique menu options, overall a beautiful doughnut shop. I came to see if the mac and cheese doughnut was as good as it looked and I was not disappointed!

Location and vibe is great, but they dont have vegan options. They do have alcoholic beverages to pair with their donuts. Its a cool idea, but I cant drink. I can meet here for a bottled Coke and thats about it.

The best donut shop I have ever been to. Decor is retro styled and staff is super friendly. Try not to feel too overwhelmed by all of the tasty concoctions behind the glass cases and just try all of them!

Staff are very helpful describing the taste of all their sweets. This is the place is what you get is what you pay for. At $3.00 for a doughnut youll get a Fresh Unique Flavor. Delicious!

Theres so much good food here! Incredible confections, deep fried mac and cheese donuts, and beer. Come prepared to throw your calorie count for the day out the window.

Great, trendy space with some outdoor seating. I tend to like the more basic donuts, however and they have more "inspired" creations with higher price points.
