Im not a big fan of donuts, but this place, I LOVE. I love everything about it. They were so kind, referred me as "honey" (love Asian mamas!) Lol. They were so caring and patient. Their service is beyond all. I went in this morning to try some donuts, I wanted a dozen donut holes ($2 for a dozen), and I also picked out 5 other donuts. I wasnt clear with my words, so she put the wrong donuts in the bag, it was my fault I didnt check the bags before I checked out and left. When I got in the car, I realized my strawberry cream filled donut was missing from the bunch. I went back into the store to make another transaction for my strawberry cream filled donut, but she told "its ok, honey! Take the donut, I wont charge you."

These are some of the best donuts my husband or I have ever had! Its about a 15 minute drive for us, but my husband happily makes the drive nearly every weekend. They have very fair prices, and the customer service is wonderful. They also have an impressive selection of different kinds of donuts, from my favorite, french crawlers, to my husbands favorite, maple bars, the best apple fritters in the world, and so many variations of just about everything you could think of. Weve found our donut shop, I dont think well every be happy with another!

My first time I went there, I was picking up donuts for a meeting in my office. They asked if any of the donuts were for "me". When I replied that they were not, they packed me a extra bag of donut holes for free. Since then Puffy Cream has been my go-to place for donuts. Always happy and generous employees with tasty donuts.

Got there at 8 am. Good selection and everything looked very good. Sadly They were dried out day and tasted like day old donuts. We had bought a half dozen and ended up throwing out half of each. Either that or they were frozen and thawed. Definitely Not fresh donuts. Will Not be going back.

Went there to pick up some donuts for work. They had an awesome selection of donuts, and were incredibly friendly. I was able to get 24 assorted donuts for under $30, which is an amazing price. They even threw in some donut holes for free with my order. Will definitely be going back.

This place is awesome! You cant find a better doughnut place. They taste so good. They are so friendly and accommodating too. If they didnt have the doughnut I wanted they went back and filled it or glazed it.

Absolutely the best Apple Fritters weve ever had! Dense, moist, crispy, and huge. Everything is deliciously fresh on Saturdays at 7am, but dries out by afternoon/next day. They always toss in free donut holes.

Best donuts Ive ever had! Their French crullers are amazing. Donut holes are usually dry and bland but theirs are moist and flavorful. Get there early because they sell out fast... Thats a good sign!

Great donuts (the apple fritters are crispy, dense, and BIG), fast service, and they even throw in extra donut holes with multiples. They are also open EARLY, so dont go to late (lunch time is too late).

The best place to buy donuts in Eagan. The staff here is super friendly. Love the bear claws and the donut holes. Highly recommended you visit if youre looking for great and freshly made donuts.

Great little family run shop. Everything Ive had has been great. Caramel rolls, apple fritters, raised doughnuts, etc. Great to bring into the office or for a weekend treat.
