I preordered donuts through the hotline (and called the store to make sure my order went through) for a shower I was throwing and when I went in to pick them up they said they had no recollection of my order. Every interaction I had was very unprofessional and they provided me with no compensation. I had to run to another donut shop last minute and hope they had what I was looking for (on a Saturday morning; busiest time of the week) but was glad I did because they were higher quality donuts, had better customer service, and were much cheaper than Hurts.

A co-worker stopped to get donuts for the office this morning around 9:30. I would assume they would be really fresh. They were at LEAST a day old, maybe 2. $21.00 for 7 dry, mediocre, day-old donuts. My daughter bought a dozen a couple months ago and they were the same. I love the way they look and they have a HUGE variety. But for $20, I would expect a very fresh, not dry, hard donut. I gave 2 stars for the variety. Well be going somewhere else for our donuts in the future.

If a magical unicorn married a baker, their babies would be Hurts donuts. You must stop everything youre doing and go to Hurts. It doesnt matter if you are low carb... You arent going to be able to make it to the meeting... Tell your mom youre running late... Just go. Now. And pair your fluffy donut of love with a cuppa blue Nile coffee. Flavors range from blueberry strusel to salted caramel. And, since they are open 24 hours, you can try more than one flavor in a day.

Donuts taste and smelled like paint thinner. Normally this place is awesome. Love the creativity of the donuts. But today there must have been some paint work going on and all the donuts I ordered literally tasted like paint thinner. I called to let the staff know and they didnt show not an ounce of carring. I know that employees cant help what construction goes on, however; donuts that taste like paint thinner should not be sold to the public. Its a health hazard.

Our family tried Hurts Doughnuts for the first time today. My dad came to visit us from out of state and he, my partner and I, with our 8 children took a detour from our day out on the town for desert. Everyone got to pick their own doughnut. Much to our delight, there was a flavor to suit everyones craving and then some. We ordered the dozen for $15 and left home with one remaining. We will be returning to enjoy more and love that they are ALWAYS open.

If youre tired of the same old same old Donuts and youre ready for some Crazy selections that are continuously handmade then this is the place for you. When you enjoy one of their donuts you know that youre eating one and not just air. Theyre open 8 days and 25 hours. So if you get hungry at 3 a.m. for a good freshly made donut quick friendly service then this is the place for you. Enjoy

This location is not good at all, very dry and stale. I had to call the other location to complain I got a employee and no return call from the supervisor, the supervisor was unavailable at the time. The store downtown we usually buy from has always had good and fresh ones, but I guess both locations are just too busy to deal with the complaint.

Eat local! This is a spot in Springfield that is locally owned and operated. It has that wonderful Springfield atmosphere. Staff greeted us and were very attentive. There is a wide selection of specialty donuts you wont find anywhere else. This place has been on my list for years and I finally got to visit!

Always a fun place to visit when your sweet tooth is acting up. The selection can be overwhelming, but its difficult to make a bad choice. Just beware that these doughnuts definitely lean closer to dessert than breakfast fare, and bring along a friend so you can sample one anothers choices.

Best donut shop in the entire midwest! Great mix of both cake and glazed donuts. Maple Bacon Bar is the best donut ever created, hands down. My kids love the Homer, Cotton Candy, Bubble Gum, and Little Timmy (Anything with sprinkles!). Very excited for the one coming to Branson!

Not a great experience. We were there visiting family. We purchased a cinnamon roll and a dozen donuts for the following morning. The frosting on the donuts were completely dried out and the cinnamon roll was so doughy that my husband could not eat it. Was not impressed!

I really love these doughnuts and want to give more stars but the quality can be hit-or-miss. Sometimes they taste very old. But when they are fresh, watch out! The staff attitudes also effected the rating. At best they are bored and dismissive. At worse downright rude.

Like donuts? Want them late at night? Then this is the place for you. 2 locations and a variety of great donuts. My only problem is that they dont have some of my favorite traditional donuts types. But all of their other versions make up for it.

Gourmet donuts. Maple-Bacon Long John.... need I say more? Okay, I like a good old fashioned donut and Hurts has one of the best. They do a lot of off the wall concept donuts too which are a lot of fun. This place has a solid drip coffee too.

We got a dozen mixed donuts to take home. Got home and dug in..... All of them that we have tried taste like day-old. They are hard and dry. Not what I would expect from all the good things Ive heard from others. Personally not impressed.

Decent donuts, a little to much "stuff" crammed on each donut for my liking. Hard to find just simple donuts here and you better have a FAT wallet cause they are not cheap. Got 7 fairly simple donuts one day and it was $18+/-, YIKES!

A smorgasbord, cornucopia of delicious donuts and various baked goods for anyone who has a serious sweet tooth. I highly recommend the Hurts Dozen, the Dirty Dozen, or the "Big-as-your-head" cinnamon rolls.

Great service, some great donuts and some a little dry. Stick to ones that are really popular so they will be fresher. But those ones are great if you warm them in the microwave.

Nasty donut. The monkey brain is raw in the middle. Took it to the counter and it was replaced with the same nasty 2$ donut. This place and crew not recommend.

Until recently, an undiscovered donut paradise. We love it @ Hurts. We go as often as we can. The selection is wonderful.

Good donuts, comparable to Winchells across the country. The crazy flavors are fun, but are just OK.
