Never again glad Dunkin Doughnuts moved next door. Picked up my usual order of the morning, found out I was being under charged for a "year" then all of a sudden I get charged the "correct" price supposedly, payed for the donuts and wala they cant seem to give the correct change either. So I called the manager that was on duty to let them know I wasnt given the correct change and the manager proceeded to tell me I was wrong that the young lady that was working had given me the correct change and she said that she would have her manager call me. So 7 hours later I get a call from said manager and he proceeded to call me a liar, due to the fact that I have never received bad service. Ending results was the fact he told me enjoy my frozen doughnuts from the neighbors and hung up on me when I tried to reconcile with him. So with that being said I will never go back. Very rude and completely unbuisness like in my opinion.

First off Hot fresh Glazed from this place is the bomb! best thing you can get for sure! Im a fan of maple donuts and that game is fantastic as well, good prices for a good quick not super fancy small (bout 3-4 bite) donuts. Free donut for the light being on so you always have a chance for that fresh glaze action makes it even sweeter! only thing making it a 3 star would be the jelly is kinda weak like almost tasteless , the coffee bland (but hot Ill give you that) and the fact that I cant get a smile from the employees which leads me to believe they are tired or dont like what they are doing which is saddening when you work around awesome donuts all day. As for the people who say they are too sweet... its fried dough with glaze on it... not a steak.

On Friday, July 11, 2014 I placed an order through drive-thru. As I am hearing impaired, I gave associate a printed order. Nothing was stated that they did not have certain items on my list. When I returned home, there were errors with my order. My sister called and spoke with Tom, the manager, who told her he was hanging up and she could call corporate office, he didnt care. I sent an e-mail to corporate office, but they did not respond.

My last experience at Krispy Kreme was awful. One of the managers Steven was rather rude and had a triflin. I witnessed him being disrespectful to one of his employees and his service was lacking, clearly he did not know the customer is always right and how to keep employees. The only highlight was the respectful and beautiful Kaleia.

Doughnuts are great. They have a good selection and are fairly quick to put a box together when you have a large order. They make the doughnuts there and have all of the conveyers behind glass so you can see the whole process. Kids love watching the doughnuts roll around and get drizzled with glaze.

This is our go to spot for doughnuts. We were hyped with Dunkin strolled into town, but soon realized that the service was not great. We never had had any issues at Krispy Kreme and are always greeted kindly, no matter how many carloads of teen girls show up for free doughnuts on Friday nights.

The family recently stopped in for a fresh dozen. Upon arrival we got a fresh off the oil glazed that literally melted in my mouth. Pure bliss. The dozen of assorted was $11. You cant get any better than that! The dude serving us was really friendly and helpful. I was very pleased.

This layout is unique and getting to watch the doughnuts being made is awesome. But the doughnuts arent anything to write home about. They are good, but not great. If you just want some doughnuts, you will be satisfied with these but probably not particularly impressed.

Clean restrooms, clean store and good doughnuts. Often times they will give you a free sample when doughnuts are hot and fresh. If you are unfamiliar with Krispy Kreme inside the store is set up so you can watch the doughnuts being made on the machine.

The doughnuts are airy and delicious. They do cost a bit more than bakery doughnuts though. The experience of going inside to get doughnuts and milk for a treat with kids makes it worth it.
